After I checked in I never spoke to anyone at the hotel. The front desk was never open until 10 PM as advertised in my entire stay instead you had to code into the empty back parking lot to enter the building. House keeping leaving vacuum cleaner on the stairs unattended. Grey carpet in the common area is filthy. When checkout time came. I stood at the desk at called for 5 minutes only to realize that someone was in the back office and didn't answer but came out and took the keys I left on the desk. Uns hat das Zimmer gut gefallen, es war sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank waren vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich. Insgesamt war das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis super. Auch die Lage direkt am Bahnhof und mit kurzen Wegen in die Innenstadt sind erwähnenswert.

Alles hat gepasst
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und ruhig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten am Tag der Abreise unser Gepäck noch im Hotel belassen bis unser Zug abfuhr und durften im Frühstücksbereich eine Tasse Kaffee genießen. Man ist schnell im Zentrum, Straßenbahn fährt um die Ecke ab, Bahnhof direkt gegenüber. Vielen Dank für den netten Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen das Hotel sehr gerne weiter.
