"Absolutely loved this accomodation! Had everything we needed. Milk , cereal, juices , bread , biscuits . There was microwave to use . We had room to park the car too. Good location for walking to see sights , and very close to Swiss border. Restaurants , pharmacy and supermarkets nearby . And also close to bike and walking trail along the river ."

"I am nostalgic for Casa Pasini Foresteria! The hosts are so warm and friendly, the rooms are elegant, comfortable, charming, clean. Tucked in the hillside of Piuro, near Chiavenna, with a beautiful view. Breakfast is a delicious - cappuccino, tea, local pastries and breads, jams, honey, yogurt, fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice. Perfection! "

"This was our third visit and as always everything was impeccable. A tiny bed and breakfast in the heart of Chiavenna that out performs some of the bigger hotels in the area. Beautiful room (No 2) with compact but really attractive shower room, coffee making machine and fridge. Easy check in and personalised breakfast order taken. Monica is so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back"

"I stayed 6 days and would book here again but only room 4 or 5. The website is misleading: forget breakfast and do not expect aesthetics. The owners artworks are everywhere! Marco will insist that you squeeze into the tiniest parking space even if the whole lot is empty! In the end, the studio served its purpose....but this is no ‘mansion’: you hear every tiny sound from other rooms. Plastic flowers?"

"The photos are accurate - this place is very comfortable with all amenities you would need and very clean, PLUS a fantastic view. The garden is beautiful and a perfect spot to relax with a wonderful view over the mountains and the lake. Lauro and Manuela were always available and ready to help. "Lovely welcome package - helpful guide from the owner and beautiful views. Comfortable sleeping for seven guests and good cooking appliances and cutlery. Lots to do in area and close to boat hire and water sports hire places. Good restaurants nearby in Sorico. The natural spring is quite challenging to get to but a good adventure. No complaints - would recommend! "
