"The unit is clean and it also has a kitchen. The staffs were nice and helpful, from the reception to the breakfast area except for that old black guy in the reception on september 24 2024 when we arrive at around 11 am. He is grumpy and speaks to me as if i just got out of the bush. He seems angry or just undermined my ethnic background. The management should speak to him. It is not right what he did. I stayed for few days and my wish is not to see him again."

We knew going into this stay that the hotel is more like a "community living space" but we were still expecting a refrigerator in our room, there wasn't one. The room was also an awkward layout. There was a coffee maker and a kettle, but no plug near it, had to brew coffee on the floor because of plug placement. Also the cleaning schedule is so bizarre. It advertises as once a week, which we were fine with, but they were showing up every few days with...
