"Basically an un-manned hotel. The cards issued by the check-in machine would not open the door for myself or others. I had to wait until another customer inside the building walked by the glass door and beckon them to come over and open it. "

"Overall, the hotel was very good. It was clean, large, and very useful to have the kitchenette and laundry machine. My main complaint is that when we checked in, we were told we could opt in to the breakfast for the next day for €17 per person, just had to let the front desk know before the next morning. Elegant and Convenient for an early morning

"We stayed here due to an early morning flight from Frankfurt airport. We booked a 2 bedroom room with one king and one murphy. When we got to the room the murphy bed was not set up. In fact it was locked, and only hotel staff could open it. I would have expected the reception desk to have asked if we wanted it set up and sent some one to handle it. As it was, it did not take long after we called for someone to come up and prepare it. Our wifi did not work and we had to call twice, eventually being given a code that worked. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast is a bit pricey especially if you don't purchase in advance (36 euros)."
