The Sands - Villa 28 Stay Waiheke

With views overlooking one of New Zealand's most beautiful bays and just seconds from the white sands of Onetangi beach, this luxury, three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is steps from the white sands of Onetangi beach. The villa is open plan with the kitchen, living and dining areas opening on to the north facing deck with outdoor seating, dining and million dollar views!

Three double bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the upper level with the master bedroom offering the same stunning sea views. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the second and third double bedrooms share a bathroom and there is a separate toilet on the main living level.

Villa 28 at The Sands is a ten minute flat walk along the beach to three lovely seaside restaurants. The vineyards/restaurants of the "vineyard valley" including Miro/Casita Miro, Obsidian, Stonyridge, Te Motu, Tantalus and Wild on Waiheke are all within easy reach. The property is close to the golf course, Countdown supermarket, Saturday farmer's market and many other Waiheke attractions.

Please note: the gas BBQs are shared with other guests at The Sands.

Location, support and facilities were all great. The only fault was that there was a slightly unpleasant odor in the apartment.

Seaview

Location was great for the children. Easy to get to the beach and outside shower to rinse them off. The deck had great shade from the sun with the choice of warming up again. The facility had plenty utensils etc. All in all a fab weekend. Just beware on booking fees where others clip the ticket

Slice of paradise

Myself and 4 girlfriends needed some time away for a good catch up and what better way but to head to Waiheke!! We had such a fantastic time. The place was so clean and relaxing, but best of all so close to the beach you could hear the waves as you drifted off to sleep. Will definitely return! Thanks for having us!!
