On the ground floor there is a large rumpus room with queen bed and fold out couch, a double bedroom and laundry/shower. While upstairs the family living and kitchen areas all face the wonderful elevated entertainers deck and the water views beyond.
And continuing upstairs is a super king bedroom and cool bunk room that the kids and kids at heart will love. The master bedroom & lounge room have air conditioning, keeping you cool in summer & warm in winter!
