4th floor Shed 20 Princes Wharf 108sqm apartment has 2 bathrooms, Master Queen bedroom has an ensuite with bath & shower. 2nd bedroom has a Double bed. Bedrooms & the lounge open onto the deck with views north east to Rangitoto, Devonport & back to the CBD. TV & WiFi included. Fresh linen & towels are included & the apartment is serviced weekly. Princes Wharf is a working wharf & you will get the occasional cruise ship docking outside this apartment.

Quinovic Viaduct reserves the right to cancel a booking and offer a full refund or a replacement booking at its discretion.
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change.
No smoking in apartment or on the balcony.
All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.
Key collection is from our office which is 1km from complex.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 or $600 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.

We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required.
Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am.
Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment.
The guest would be charged up to NZ$500 if a noise complaint or smoking trace is reported against them.
