This beautiful three bedroom home is perfectly situated for both business or pleasure travellers and is equipped with all the necessities you may need! This home will be a great choice for a get away with family or friends.
We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the property will be perfect for your arrival.

The Greenlane train station, just a short walk from our door, connects you directly to the Auckland CBD within 15 minutes, offering a stress-free way to explore the city's attractions. Additionally, several bus routes run through Greenlane, providing efficient access to other parts of Auckland, including shopping districts, beaches, and parks.
Train Tips: When using the train, consider purchasing an AT HOP card. This reusable prepay smart card for travel on trains, buses, and ferries around Auckland can save you money on fares compared to buying single-trip tickets. The AT HOP cards are available at selected retailers and transport centers.
Driving: For guests who prefer the flexibility of driving, our property offers convenient access to the Southern Motorway (State Highway 1), making it easy to venture further afield or explore local attractions. We also have room for up to 3 cars to park right in front of the home, off-street if you are bringing your own vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
Monthly Stays: We have a 20% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Parking: There is a free secure parking and additional parking bay next to garage at the property
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 8x tea/coffee, 4x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
