Arrived very early on an international flt and caught the convenient shuttle to the hotel where they kindly accomodated early check in ( pre-booked). A lovely neighborhood with shopping/restaurants a 30 min walk away. A great place with friendly helpful staff to rest up after a long flight.

The JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport is a great place to stay if convenient access to the airport is a major priority. I had to make multiple trips to the airport during my family’s stay so the free shuttle leaving every hour on the half hour was greatly appreciated. Both the shuttle drivers and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was updated but my one small quibble was that the towel rod and hook on the back of the door were placed oddly high. Would recommend.

The staff at Jet Park are friendly and responsive, a joy. The facility is comfortable and the all hour shuttle service is an important feature. The one drawback, its a bit far from the city.

We had a good 2-night stay at the Jet Park Auckland Airport Hotel. We arrived a little early after our overnight flight, and they had our room ready. Our room was a Deluxe King facing the parking lot. We liked that there was a slider door to open for air. The bed was comfortable and the amenities as described; fridge, coffee/tea, robes, internet, TV, walk in shower. The staff was superb, and went above and beyond in helpfulness, including the front desk, shuttle driver, restaurant help. The restaurant was nice, both for breakfast and dinner, and there was a lovely outside seating area where we had a glass of wine before dinner. We would recommend a stay here as you transition to or from a flight.

Great place, staff, shuttle and breakfast. It’s in an industrial area, but we weren’t there for the location. Absolutely perfect to sleep off a long flight before starting our NZ adventure, at a better price than many hotels closer to the airport. We would absolutely stay here again.
