"The location was great, walking distance to everything. The property is clean but little bit old, and we had an incident with one of the rooms that we booked plus the terrible communication between us and the staff that made us really unhappy. Also the bed is too small."

"This is student housing. We brought our own pillows from home, which I would recommend. The beds are small, but was fine for us because we were prepared for the size/situation based on other reviews. Bathroom is tiny. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay unless you pay extra. If you have accurate expectations you will enjoy your stay here- the staff was REALLY FRIENDLY and accommodating-- the actual room was as expected, because we were expecting a dorm room! :) "

"Great location and great view of Old Town from the windows. Clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. Can walk from the train to this location as well. Only thing to be aware of is 3 flights of stairs with luggage is required. "

"Great location, easy to get there from the airport, lovely restaurants nearby and close to all the tourist stuff. Great apartment, really well equipped and nicely presented. Couple of relatively minor points- the apartment is quite big, the bed is too small and not that comfy. Also in the small dressing room there’s a full length mirror & storage but no place to plug anything in. Other than that a really good and easy would have happily stayed longer."

"Great location, entry is simple and as these are proper apartments, there is no noise from neighbours etc. Spacious apartment with Hive heating, all facilities you would expect also. Would happily stay here again."

"The linton collection was an excellent apartment block in a very good location just off the royal mile. There was a great speak easy type cocktail bar next door called the three blind mice and it was easy to walk to most actractions from the apartment. I would highly recomend the apartment as it had an excellent bathroom with a brilliant shower and free molton brown products to use. Great heating for winter stays and a fan provided if needed. "The staff on the phone COULD NOT have been nicer or more helpful!!! They were not only knowledgeable, but very friendly and guided us every step of the way when I got lost. "We were reloacated to hilton as our accommodation was not available. The staff were very helpful and kind after all our inconvenience we had been through ! Savia we so helpful full of live enthusiastic and kind. Her service was perfect..."

"Big and spacious. Lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. Walkable to train station and major places of interest. One major downside is the security. When we are out, there were 2 occurences of entry. One left the living room lights on and the other cleared our trash. Chatted online with destiny and they said no unauthorised entries in their records. If there is any form of housekeeping, please let the guests know so the guests feel safer."

"This was a great stay to be in the center of Old Town Edinburgh. We lucked out with how amazing this hotel was and where it was located. It is literally on the street from St Giles Cathedral and Scott monument was visible through our hotel window! Highly recommend."

"We stayed here the day of the red weather warning, we arrived the staff were excellent and very polite and efficient with helping us. A quality hotel. The room was clean and warm. The resturants food was very tasty and the servers were fantastic. The only negative I had would not be with the hotel nor their staff, however the airport shuttle did not show up at all, despite no indication that it was off and we had seen several shuttle buses go by."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this place conveniently just across from the train station. It was welcomed when I got late to Edinburgh. Their lounge offered a great view, had a good vibe all around and was extremely comfortable. One of the highlights of my trip."

"Was an extremely nice stay. Everything about the rooms was very high standard. Was a bit shocked of the price for the hot tub/outdoor pool price being an extra £35 per person as only wanted to use the one time. Will definitely come back again "
