Children must be carefully supervised at all times when near the water. If you swim or use the canoe or paddle boat (especially children) we strongly recommend the use of life jackets which are provided for you and your guests.
Guest and guest visitors herein agrees to restrain from any dangerous activities, including but not limited to:
jumping at any time into the lake or careless activities.
By agreeing to the House Rules, you acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party, and waive any claim whatsoever against the property owners, and or its agents(s) for accidents or claims arising from any activities inside or outside the house and or property.
Above stated Liability waiver shall be in effect at all times during duration of guest(s) stay. By agreeing to above stated Liability waiver it is agreed this waiver will apply all guest and visitors.
