There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.



BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

Awesome location!
We had a great weekend at Auburn. The unit is in the best location with easy parking. It is very clean and spacious. It would have been nice to have tv’s in the bedrooms. The rentals are not inexpensive and when traveling with kids, multiple TV’s at night are better.

Could not have a better location for gameday!
We loved our stay (twice!) for two big games. Top notch accommodations. Note if you are choosing the apartment, the ones that end in 01 or 02 (example 201) overlook the parking lot of sky bar and you can hear the bar noise from sky or southeastern bar from our room which made it hard to sleep until about 2am. Noise machines provided but earplugs also a good idea to bring as well.

Auburn Ole Miss Game
We had a great stay. It was so easy to stay downtown so no drinking and driving or trying to find Ubers for us. Easy walk to literally anything! The apartment was nice and clean. We had a good stay. I forgot the parking pass in my car when we were already half way home. So I just messaged her and mailed it back to her. You get fined if you don’t return it

The unit is very nice and location in the center of town is v convenient. Unfortunately, Sky Bar right behind the building played club music with heavy bass until 2:30am. Additionally, someone had pressed the emergency call button by the elevators in error and the recording played for two days (no one came to check it).

Great property but....
Beautiful property. Perfect, except the tub is VERY slippery. They really need to do something about that. My husband nearly fell in the shower. I put a towel in the bottom of the tub to prevent falling. The location is excellent, except nearby bars are very noisy until 2am. If you stay up that late, it won't be a problem for you, but having to get up to travel at 6am with little sleep was exhausting.

Fabulous Property
The location of this unit couldn't be more perfect-- right in the heart of downtown Auburn and within easy walking distance to everything. We arrived on Friday night and had no need to touch our car again until we left on Sunday. This unit has a view of the top of Samford Hall and the Auburn water tower, which we loved. The condo is beautifully decorated and pristinely clean. Loved the decor in the lobby and hallways too-- such a pretty building! We loved hanging out on the grassy courtyard with other families after the game, which is located just outside the building. The only con would be that, because it is in the middle of everything, the bar noise could be heard very easily inside each night. If you are a sensitive sleeper, bring a white noise machine. Thankfully, this was not a problem for us and we still slept well. All beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!

Fantastic location. In the heart of downtown Auburn. We are from PA and wanted a unit with an extra bedroom where our son could get away from dorm life and we could enjoy downtown together. Perfectly clean new unit. Wifi was a bit spotty during streaming of superbowl but guessing it was external problem. However, if someone is a die hard Auburn fan you may want to check ahead of time that you would be able to watch games from unit. Also, kitchen had minimal cooking/baking items but guessing that is not a problem for most guests. The master bath shower was a little slippery as posted by a previous guest, but placing a mat in shower would be gross. People just need to be careful. The sound machine was a very nice addition and we definitely needed it to cancel out mardi gras party next door. It worked great. Last suggestion would be two or three small Adirondacks for the balcony. No furniture on the balcony rn 😌 We will definitely stay at this unit again. Amanda W was very helful and quick to respond.

The spot to stay
Hoped to stay downtown Auburn for a weekend swim meet and chose this place. Could not be more convenient and nice for a family of 3 or 4. Sound machines drown out the city sounds (clubs nearby). Lots of space in the unit with easy parking. All the conveniences you'd need.

Great location but Very Loud - neighbors above and Sky Bar next door.
Renter beware!!!Loud loud loud! This building (wooden construction on upper floors) contains all short term rental units on the 2nd floor above Target. The 3rd and 4th floors are rented out to mostly college students. The people in the apartment directly above us woke us up the first night at 3 am just walking back and forth for about an hour. The second night after the afternoon football game they started playing their music very very loud around 7 pm and it sounded as if they were tap dancing, dancing or jumping for about 3 hours. It was relentless. In addition this unit is closest to SkyBar which plays music from 4 in the afternoon until 2 am! For the amount of money I paid this was totally unacceptable. Renter beware!!!

Great Gameday location
We came in for parent's weekend and loved our stay here due to its convenience. We were unexpectedly surprised at how nice the condo is. It is beautiful ad spacious. Very walkable to everything in Auburn as it's located right bside the Target. Negatives: Flooring between floors are not well insulated and we heard every step taken by those staying above us. The water pipes are also not insulated well and the noise level of the waterfall in our walls with a flushed toilet can wake you up from sleeping. Lastly, the building is located beside Sky Bar and the music is pumping ALL night. It is quiet loud. Once the bar closes at 2 am there is a lot of yelling outside the building and woke us up both nights. Location and facility is glorious. If your a sound sleeper, you'll have no problem. If you're looking for peach and quiet, this isn't your place.
