There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.

Unit 207 offers a balcony with a view of a small downtown green-space

BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

AU vs UGA Weekend
Great condo to celebrate a 50th birthday and the UGA game. The location is perfect to walk to campus and downtown. Condo is decorated beautifully, very comfortable and had all the necessities for our weekend visit!

This was my second stay in this gem of a building. Location location location! Pricey but if you’d like to be in the heart of WAR EAGLE nation, there’s no place better.

This property was in the perfect location for our needs downtown. We even caught the Mardi Gras parade before the rain! The accommodations were wonderful with the space and kitchen. It fit our family needs perfectly! Amanda was very helpful and just a click or call away. We will definitely be back to stay again when in town.

What a great spot!
We had the best time! The apartment was so super nice. Bed was super comfy and it was great having space to spread out. Would love to know what the mattress was. Loved being able to walk everywhere. Our only complaint was the tv - on a rainy Auburn day with basketball coming on, we couldn't find the games on tv. Thank you for such a sweet place...

Home away from home
I needed a home for my 10 month old son and I for an extended stay. And that’s what this place was for us, a home. The place was very nice and clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed, paper towels, tissue, etc. I also appreciated the pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Everything was so modern, new, and clean. I loved the convenience of this place from the in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms and of course the fact that it’s located above the target. The host, Amanda was extremely accommodating and her response time is super quick. The only con for me was on the weekends (thurs-sat) it can get loud with the college students in the building and outside. Both rooms do have sound machines. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely book this listing again.

Great stay but a little loud
This was a wonderful unit in an extremely convenient location. Right in the heart of Auburn, close to restaurants, stadiums, etc. Very clean, very new, well appointed and exactly as advertised.The host had excellent communication and was accomodating. The only issue is that there are apartments above the unit that I believe house students. The noise from upper apartment residents on a Saturday night was very disturbing. Lots of slamming doors, loud music, etc. There are noise machines in each room which helped some but much more noise than we were expecting. Not a deal breaker if planning to be up and out late at night but for our trip purpose, it wasn’t ideal. Other than the noise on one night, this is a perfect stay.

Weekend with the girls!
We absolutely loved this property. Immaculately clean. The space was large enough to accommodate us and I loved it has 2 bathrooms. It also had a personal balcony area. Check in was seamless and it’s conveniently located above a Target, a HUGE plus. Would definitely be my go to spot while staying in Auburn!
