It was a great location in downtown auburn. The only thing it lacked were certain utensils, measuring cups, a s silverware, but it worked for what we needed.

Weekend with grandson visiting family
It was Leo's first trip to Auburn and he had an AMAZING trip. The location of this property is absolutely perfect. So close to downtown, Toomer's Corner and everything we needed to soak up the Auburn family atmosphere.

In the action Loud on a weeked
Right above the restaurants, bars and nightlife. Loud until 2am Great location but keep that in mind. Well furnished and stocked and nice alternative to hotel.

Spring in Auburn
Enjoyed our stay - cute, small apartment right in the middle of Auburn. In between the two largest bars in town and it is loud at night, but the sound machines provided work wonders! Will definitely stay again when in town.

Nice place
Nice place and great location but it’s right next door to a bar where they play loud music until 2am. We didn’t realize this until we showed up. Asked a question and never got a response. We’re able to figure it out on our own though. It was super clean but had VERY limited supplies.

Very nice place-Location amazing for downtown
Very nice place. Location great to be in the heart of Auburn. Owner very forthcoming that this IS a college town and there is a bar in adjacent alley and they do enjoy a good party and music that runs into the early morning hours. Clean. GREAT communication with owner. Cozy place.

Another great stay!
This is our second stay at Magnolia Linen and was just as great as the first. The location is super convenient to the University and shopping/dining nearby, beds are clean and comfy, and the kitchen is stocked with all the basics. As others have mentioned, the only ding is proximity to 2 nearby bars. Noisemakers in each BR definitely help. Looking forward to our next visit!

My daughter Susie her for rush week. The location to campus was great. Only issue was lack of dishes. There were no plates or bowls and only a few pieces of silverware.

Can’t beat the location
If your travels bring you to Auburn Univ. – you really can’t beat this location. Across the street from campus located adjacent to the famous Toomers Corner. Can easily walk anywhere you need to go. And yes – the bar next door plays loud music at night – but – knowing this ahead of time we brought noise machines and ear plugs, did not have a problem.

Great location
We knew the location and that the evenings would be loud. We Enjoyed our stay. Would have loved to have a few cleaning supplies like a broom to tidy up. Also there was limited kitchen items (utensils, pot holders etc) But if you don’t plan on cooking you will be fine. Overall met our needs and we would stay here again. Thank you!

Great location beware of mold
The air quality was less than par. The air filter was filthy and moldy. The floors were dirty, needed to wear shoes the whole time. Throw pillows were torn. Only provided 2 clothes hangers in a 2 bedroom apartment. On a positive note, the a/c worked great, the towels were nice and internet worked well.

My stay
The place is great it is as you see it. The host was absolutely amazing would respond promptly and deal with any issues that may have arise. I overlooked the fact that there is a bar right next door and it is very loud. That is my fault if you don’t mind that it is a great place to see if you are looking for someone more quiet probably not, but I think you to the house cause she was absolutely amazing.

Close to campus…and downtown bars
We wanted something close and relatively small and so the property certainly fit the bill there. However, starting at about 11 PM the hyper base from music from the two bars next-door made it almost impossible to sleep. There are sleep machines in each bedroom, but you actually need noise canceling headphones or really good ear plugs.
