The accommodation was perfect and the little terrace was bathed with early evening sunshine, very pleasant. The Air con was very welcome later though. "A little hard to find. Rural cottage atmosphere. 5 min drive to Domme. 20 min to Sarlat. The entire floor is yours. "

"Unfortunately our stay was disappointing. On the advert it said dogs allowed but when we arrived we weren’t given the room advertised as there was a carpet on the floor. We were taken to an outside room which was very tired and old fashioned. We only stayed one night although booked for two. Probably much better in summer. The breakfast was very good but the dining room smelt very musty. Madame was very sweet - the hotel had been run by her parents for thirty years. It needs a little updating"

"Chateau was beautifully decorated. Small elevator to bring our bags to first floor. Owner helped carry bags from entrance stairs to elevator. Robert and his wife were gracious and helpful."
