Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 55 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Aubais, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 4,500 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 35 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private, unheated 17 m³ swimming pool, available from May to October. A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- 4,500 m² enclosed garden with children's play area
- A 50 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Aubais, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

Logement chez les propriétaires qui n'ai pas mentionné dans l'annonce.Logement indiqué pour 5 personnes mais la propriétaire nous a dit que le logement n'était que pour 4 personnes et nous a fait payer 15 € supplémentaire. Pas d'eau potable a notre arrivée donc bouteilles d'eau, télé ne fonctionne pas bien,ménage plus que limite (toiles d'araignée)On se sent très observer ,pas idéale pour passer un bon moment en famille.

Au Coeur De L'Olivette "Des hôtes accueillants et très gentils. Cependant, à notre arrivée le logement n'était pas vraiment propre. De plus, l'appartement se situe sur le terrain des propriétaires, la terrasse et la baie vitrée donnent directement sur l'allée avec du va et vient. Il y a donc aucune intimité. Je tiens quand même à souligner que les hôtes ont vraiment été réactifs et présents quand on avait besoin d'eux pour des aides ou explications supplémentaires."
