"The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again. "

"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. "Super Lage an einem Bach und die Wärme des Kachelofens war herrlich (aber Vorsicht, das ist die einzige Heizung). Balderschwang als Skigebiet direkt um die Ecke aber sicher auch im Sommer super. Check in super entspannt und das Haus selber ist fantastisch."
