This resort has the BEST customer service
The online reviews specifically about elevators had me weary however we did not seem to have any issues. from the moment we arrived until the day we departed - we received the best service from this resort. We traveled with a family of 5 for my daughters 21st birthday and this resort was in a great location, extremely clean, and our 2 bedroom deluxe room was perfect! Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We had an amazing time.
