It’s a good place for the family with kids. Quick check in and big and comfortable rooms. A lot of fun activities at the lobby. My son loves Karting and my daughter loves mini golf and arcades. Not too much place for a good breakfast and coffee around but delivery works great!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property and rooms need a serious upgrade. The bathtub was dirty/broken. The rooms smell musty. There is a huge draft from the windows making the rooms very cold near the window and you couldn't control the temperature at all. There was no soap in the rooms, so we had to call and ask for soap; when we asked the cleaning personnel in the hallways they also didn't have soap to give us. When we asked about late check out, we were given different prices from the front desk than we were given when we called in the morning (much more expensive for less time). All elevators except 1 were broken the morning of check out so it took about 45 minutes or longer to go up and back down to check out. The lines for food at the water park are extremely long - they should consider using an app so you can order and pick up your food instead. And then you have to get your car out of the valet parking by 1 pm or they charge you another $35. They warn you via text about this 1 hour ahead of time. So by the time you get back from where you are they charge you again. They charged us $35 for 45 minutes. There is lots of fun stuff for kids to do here - mini golf, roller skating, arcades.

I was disappointed to find out that the picture of the rooms on the site did not match the actual room. It was an older room. The beds were older, furniture and carpet was old and worn. We had to pay 22.50 extra to upgrade to the newer Bourbon tower whose rooms matched the photos on your site. The room was clean, and welcoming. Also we didn’t appreciate having to pay for parking.

When check in the room I got was so dirty smells like cigarette smoke no bed linens. Was so horrible for my son that is 9 years

The room that I stayed in was decent however the floors were freezing cold the heating system is very poor we were freezing in the room I turned the heat up to 80 and we were freezing still the floors were like ice you have to wear socks they left us with no wash cloths in the room and so we weren’t able to wash our faces called house keeping like 4 times just to get wash clothes. the room had no blow dryer which was strange mind you it’s a water park in the hotel. cold room and wet hair equals walking pneumonia. I also spotted a roach in the ice machine room which turned me off. I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

There were stains all over the carpet . The shower water was cold . I called front desk at 11pm to tell them . She told me to run it 20 min . They said they would send up maintenance. They called back 20 min later saying they had worked on the water and to try again and let it run . . It was still cold . I repeatedly called the front desk til 1:30 in the morning but no one would pick up my calls . Woke up this morning still cold . So paid $250 for a room with no hot water . Never staying here again . I have friends with kids and I will let them know if your coming for the fun park stay somewhere else and walk over for the park!!!
