Location, location, location!! This 6500 SF luxury Mediterranean-style beach mansion is located in the heart of the prestigious 'A-zone' of Brigantine and is literally a few steps from the pristine brigantine beach. Located on a double lot just 3 homes from the ocean, this huge mansion boasts direct, unobstructed ocean views.

The mansion sleeps up to 18 people comfortably with its 7 over-sized bedrooms and 5.5 luxury baths.

The 1st floor main living area includes the grand entrance hall with its custom circular stairway which leads the whole way to the 3rd floor. The 2 story great room boasts a stunning gas fireplace and huge flat screen tv as well as a fabulous adjacent bar. The gourmet kitchen will delight any chef with its complete suite of Viking professional appliances and granite counter tops. The dining room is designed to seat up to 18 people so your entire group can eat together. You can escape to the living room if you need some quiet time or check out the tv/theatre room to watch a movie or play video games. The first floor also includes a powder room, laundry room and 2 car garage. You also have direct access to the new in-ground pool and gorgeous Travertina patio.

Step into the elevator or ascend the grand staircase and 5 luxurious bedrooms and 4 fabulous tiled bathrooms will greet you on the 2nd floor. Everything is in grand scale. Most bedrooms have king sized beds and walk in closets with custom shelving to make move in and move out a breeze. Most bedrooms have access to the many balconies surrounding the house. Delight in the rejuvenating ocean views as you begin each new day.

Once on the 3rd floor, you'll be greeted by 2 additional over-sized bedrooms and another luxury tiled bath. One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed and the other has 2 queen sized beds. There are also 2 queen sofabeds on this floor. The 3rd floor also has it's own wet bar and a large common area with access to the 3rd floor roof top deck. Enjoy stunning ocean vistas and soak in the ocean breezes as you lounge or sun bathe on the roof deck.

Brigantine offers the best of all worlds. It is a very family friendly, small town atmosphere, with small shops, parks and restaurants but is located just across the bridge from all the glitz, glamour and excitement of Atlantic City. This perfect location combined with this magnificent luxury home offers my guests an unforgettable experience and lifelong cherished memories.

This magnificent property has direct ocean views and is located literally a few steps from the pristine Brigantine Beach (3rd house from the ocean) and it's just a short walk to local restaurants, parks, Brigantine Farmer's Market, etc.

75th birthday and 50th Wedding Anniversary
We had a fabulous time at this beautiful mansion in Brigantine, NJ. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Brian, our host was terrific! Very responsive and accessible to all our questions and needs. We can’t wait to go back!

Our stay was A+. As the title says the pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacey and fit our group easily and then some. Despite some poor weather our group still enjoyed our stay and then some!

Brigantine Mansion
This was the most beautiful, comfortable, perfect house we ever stayed at. It was close to home, 3 houses to the beach, built in pool and every possible amenity we could neat and want. Brian was an excellent host and made sure we always had everything we needed.

The home was beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. It was super close to the beach, we were surprised the beach was even more convenient than the pictures showed, which made it so easy to walk back for snacks, etc. Owner was very pleasant to work with and checked in at the start/end of the week to ensure everything was going well.

Father’s Day vacation
The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was stocked well for our huge family dinners. The rooms were very spacious so for a family our size we could still find space for quiet retreats away from all the hustle and bustle. The owner was very responsive and helpful! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. If you have children I would definitely recommend paying the extra $300 fee for heating the pool.

What an Incredible Stay!
We had a fantastic weekend with friends and family. Our host communicated all of the necessary information up front and somehow managed to undersell how breathtaking the property is. The rooms are extremely large and well accommodated with everything we needed for our stay. The large open kitchen, great room, and bar area are perfectly positioned from the bedrooms and it was the ideal set-up for our group to gather for meals and general fellowship. I would have given the property, location, and the host 10* if I could. What an unforgettable experience. You cannot go wrong with a stay in this property!!!

Girls' Weekend in Brig
The house is immense and well-represented in the photos. We were a group of 12 women, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Lots of king beds and sofa beds, which gave us options for sleeping arrangements. The owner was extremely responsive and sent detailed information about the property well in advance. He arranged to have the pool heated for us, which was much appreciated on the cool April weekend we were there. There are so many amenities in this house (putting green, jacuzzi tub, pool, close to beach, outside lounges, balconies galore, etc.) that we didn't get to use them all! I guess we'll have to return. Excellent experience in Brigantine
This property is incredible ! The mansion was extremely clean and exceeded every expectation! I went with a larger group which the property owner Brian was very accommodating to. Brian was very pleasant, and attentive and emailed helpful information upon check in and check out, as well as had a binder with any questions we might have had already answered. He even helped connect us with local transportation and catering should we need it. Certainly a 5 star property and experience. Will plan to come back in the summer time 😎

Beautiful house and location
Had a great 2 night stay here with my large family. The property manager/owner is extremely responsive. It is impressive how quickly he was responding to my texts. The owner takes pride in the house, as he should. The house is beautiful and functional: the kitchen well stocked with utensils and cutlery, enough towels for everyone, every light switch and thermostat was labelled etc. The beach is a 30 second walk away and the neighborhood is quiet. AC is a 10 min easy drive away. Overall, I highly recommend this house.

If you are looking to stay at a fabulous mansion on the jersey shore, look no further.
From the moment we arrived at the mansion, we all were extremely impressed with everything. The mansion was spotless, roomy and furnishings were first class. The pool was also a big hit with the children. Brian, the owner was so responsive from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. At one point we had an issue with a toilet. Brian had a plumber respond within literally 10 minutes---just incredible. In summary, on a 1 to 10 scale I rate the property a 12.

WOW!!!
Words could never express how much we enjoyed staying at Brian's mansion. There was not a detail that he missed in providing luxury accommodations. I really enjoyed everything at this house and only wish we could have stayed longer. Brian was so attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed. The mansion is massive with all the bells and whistles. There was a detailed (written) plan for every question that we had and we really felt right at home. No one felt crowded and we had 15 adults. Looking forward to renting again, hopefully in the summer, so that we can enjoy the outdoors. What a way to spend my birthday.

Luxury Shore Rental
To call this a rental does not do it justice. It is a home away from home. No need to bring anything but your friends and family - the house is fully equipped with the best of everything! No need to lug towels, sheets, beach chairs, cooking stuff, etc. It is like a 5 star resort that is all yours! The owner, Brian, is available behind the scenes to make sure that all of your expectations are met. House is beyond beautiful, very short walk to the beach (badges included!) but the pool area is hard to resist! Tons of room for privacy but also space when you all want to be together. We can not wait for next year!

Jaw dropping!
I traveled every weekend for three months trying to find the perfect house for my birthday celebration. Needless to say I was exhausted by the time I came across the Mediterranian Mansion in Brigantine, NJ. When the home owner opened the front door my mouth dropped and I was finally able to exhale! The home is very spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculate, everything I was looking for in a rental. My guest were very impressed and we were able to relax and enjoy each other's company in this spacious home. Some specific things I enjoyed were the the beautiful China. As small as it seems presentation is everything to me and because of matching China and beautiful serving trays and bowls I was able to present my meals beautifully. The beds and pillows feel like you're sleeping on clouds and the showers make it hard for you to ever get dressed. My overall experience was pleasant and professional and I would definitely rent this home again. R. Chambers

Unforgettable!!
My husband and I, 4 30 something kids and spouses and 4 grandchildren had the pleasure of spending our mini 5-day family get-together at this fabulous home. The moment we arrived we saw what a special place this is, even better than the photos. We all had our own rooms with linens provided to give us privacy but spent most of our time in the great room, dining rooms, TV room and always out by the pool and putting green. The indoor and outdoor furniture was so comfortable and lots of space for grandkids to do their floor puzzles. The elevator was great for bringing our luggage up to the 2nd and 3rd floors. There had to be at least 15 to 20 beach chairs in the garage and lots of beach towels and beach toys. Again, anything we needed was provided. Had the best kids vacay here ever and would like to thank Brian for being a wonderful host! (Just a quick note to him, thank you for your timely return of the security deposit. We left on sunday and received it in the mail on Thursday, WOW! If we can get all kids from Singapore, san Diego, Philadelphia and new Jersey together again next year, will definitely be booking again!
