We are open for bookings for summer 2025. Our unit is available summer season between June & September. We will rent outside of these dates by request.

This lovely beachfront condo unit is on the second floor. This 2 story unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 5, an Olympic size pool and great beach access. Sit on your deck and listen to the ocean or walk down the path to the beach. This condo has all new flooring on the 1st level, a brand new fully equipped kitchen for your culinary pursuits and 3 HD TVs. (Including 50" 4K Smart TV in Living Room) There is internet access for those who want to keep up with social media or play video games. Rental includes 5 beach badges and 4 pool passes (kids 16 and under don't need passes). We provide outdoor beach storage with: 4 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wheelie cart and beach toys for the kids (or kid-like adults).

You will need to bring King Sheets (master bedroom) and twin and/or full size sheets for the (loft bedroom) also bath & beach towels. We supply pillows, comforters and blankets.
We have a Keurig coffee maker, so bring along your favorite coffee pods.

Perfect beach vacation!
We loved being so close to the beach and within short driving distance to other beach towns and boardwalks. Condo was great! Our beds were very comfortable! I would reccomend this condo to anyone!

Wonderful spot
Love staying here at the Islander. Love to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze, proximity to the beach is fabulous and also really enjoyed the pool. The condo layout works really well for our older kids to come and have their own space upstairs. Owner was very attentive to our needs. Would stay here again.

This great little condo was perfect for myself, my daughter and a friend and her daughter for our Nationals dance competition. Clean and spacious with access to the beach just a short walk away. Owners were courteous, responsive, and checked in with me during my stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Great first trip to The Shore
This was our family's first time visiting the Jersey shore and this property was perfect for us. Tasty restaurants nearby, short walk to the beach, pool was great, and the loved having the kids upstairs. Go to Richman's and try the peanut butter swirl ice cream :)

Wonderful property in a great development. This was our first trip to Brigantine and would definitely return. Amenities- pool and beach access were great. Property was super clean and the loft was great for the kids. Owner was super receptive to our needs. Check in was super easy.

Great place for our family
We had a great week in Brigantine. Our place had everything we needed for our vacation week. Clean and nicely upgraded areas, with enough room for us to relax between beach days. Perfectly located next to beach and near shopping and restaurants. Parking and pool are a bonus. The owner Jeff, checked on us prior to ensure we were ready with all the information needed and checked on us during the week to see if all was going well. Thank you for letting us stay.

Wonderful Week
The condo had everything we needed. Books and games are a nice added touch. 14 year old girl loved having the loft as a home base away from the adult s. Clean and comfortable. The island had good food options and the girls loved Mission in the mornings. The pool was great and the beach was nice. It is a long walk to the beach, but worth it. We had a great time.

Jeff's condo had everything we needed for our week at the beach. The walk through the dunes was a little lengthy to get to the water, we just planned on staying there once we were there. The pool is very nice, but the hours open should go into the evening hours. Thank you Jeff!

Well kept secret
Lovely place, and great if you have children. Walk to the beach without crossing a street! I heard one car horn and one siren the whole week. It was a very peaceful experience.

Great stay for a family.
Great stay for our family- house, beach, and pool were great. We really appreciated how well stocked the house was. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family of 5, beds were comfy, and there were a ton of books, board games, and toys for the kids. They loved having the loft bedroom and bathroom to themselves! The house is right as you come on Brigantine on the quieter end of the island, but still a super quick drive to the grocery store and wawa, which was convenient. We love how quaint and relaxing Brigantine is and absolutely would stay here again. Thanks for a lovely week!

Brigantine Hidden Gem!
We absolutely loved our 7 night stay at the property! It was clean, spacious, and had all the comforts of home while we enjoyed the beautiful 3rd floor balcony views and were just steps from the beach. There were lots of local eateries and plenty to do within Brigantine and surrounding areas of The Shore. Looking forward to enjoying another family vacation at this property in Brigantine, which boasts pristine beaches with a small town atmosphere. Thanks again!

Clean and great location
Our unit was very clean, family friendly and just steps to the pool and beach. Our hosts kept us informed every step of the way to ensure we had everything we needed. If I had to give any negative comment, it would probably be that progress was obviously made on updating the master bedroom and bath, but the rest of the condo (kitchen/loft) has some catching up to do.

Great stay. Place was clean, easy to get into. Short walk to beach. Only issue was no place to put anything outside, so beach equip had to be stored in car and scrubbed every day. Pool is only available from 11-6. Not much time for it by the time you come in from the beach.

The condo is in an excellent location at the trail that leads to the beach although it is about a 5 minute walk to get close to the surf. The condo was clean and all the appliances worked well. It also has beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Overall it was a relaxing and pleasant vacation.

We had a great week at this condo. The location was amazing. So close to the beach. We couldn't get any closer. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Everything is labeled and easy to find. I had some questions prior to our arrival and Jeff responded quickly and with all the information I needed. He and Laura provided a wonderful welcome letter with recommendations for the area which we appreciated. Would definitively stay here again.

A fantastic value
The whole process was easy and seamless. Jeff was great, giving me all the info that I needed right up front so we were able to get in and get settled right away. My son and I each had our own space when we wanted it but even if my husband had joined there would have been plenty of room. Loved having two balconies and the condo included everything that we needed for our stay and it was super clean! And the beach was not far at all. Its a bit of a walk down the path and the beach is wide but it's definitely worth the few extra steps to have a prime spot near the water. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. .

Clean Home, Excellent Location
We stayed for 5 days, 4 nights, were looking for something low key and close the beach. This is beach front property, we could not have been closer or had easier beach access. There is a pool on the property (we did not take advantage of) but it looked clean and well maintained. The condo itself was lovely. The master bedroom is very spacious, as is the loft bedroom. We really enjoyed the upstairs balcony, the in unit washer and drier, and the proximity to both the beach and Atlantic City. Make sure to check out Aversa’a bakery! Best crumb cake around! Two things that will be helpful to know before packing - the coffee maker is a Keurig, so if you plan to bring coffee, bring K-cups. You will also need to being sheets (King for the master and twin for the loft). We enjoyed the stay very much and are greatly looking forward to returning!!

Family vacation!
We went with our three kids under 10. They absolutely loved their own private loft. I was pleasantly surprised that there were 2 trundle beds in addition to the 2 twins that were up there, we were ready with an air mattress for our third but didn't need it! We prepare a fair number of our own meals on vacation and the kitchen was very well equipped. 2 balconies, one on each level, the main you can not see the ocean due to the large dune, the balcony from the loft you can! Pool is only open 11-6, that was slightly frustrating as we love to swim in the evenings. Unit is on the second floor so be prepared to do stairs. No street to cross to get to the beach, this condo is first building next to the dune. But the walk is fairly long due to the wide dune and wide sand beach. Took about 10 minutes to get to the waters edge. Great lifeguard situation right where you come out onto the beach, no need to walk extra to get to a guarded section. Overall we had an awesome time!
