This beautifully decorated 2nd floor duplex/condo has all the amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops and all new appliances great for entertaining after those long lazy days at the beach. Nicely decorated in a tropical theme. Just 88 steps to the beach and no busy street to cross. Park your car and forget it. Take the kids one block to the Sandcastle playground, tennis, Pickle ball and basketball courts, or stroll the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Two large decks to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. You are close to the ocean you can hear it at night. The property is kept CLEAN at all times and shows pride of ownership. You are within a 30 minute drive to local destinations like, Atlantic City Casinos, Cape May County Park and Zoo. Ocean City America's Greatest Family Resort. Enjoy your home away from home.

Celebration weekend
We were celebrating our youngest daughter’s medical school graduation. The house was perfect for the 7 of us. Beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen, quick walk to the beach. Would love to stay there again !!

The location was great - it’s a very short walk to the beach. Also very close to the playground and to food (Randazzo, Sandwich Bar, Churn House are all nearby).

We loved this place! It was nicely decorated and comfortable. We only stayed for 2 nights, so it was nice that small amenities were provided - tp, dishwashing liquid, trash bags. The hosts were very timely in responding to questions. We also really love the location - close to beach and shopping.

Great Beach Rental!
This is lovely home in a great location. It’s decorated beautifully and is very well stocked with everything. It’s an easy walk to the beach and loved the updated kitchen and baths. We hope to come back and stay again at this terrific rental!

Everything was good and as described except not being familiar with the area I didn’t realize it was as far from the boardwalk as it was. We could still walk there but it was a bit farther than we would have liked.

I’ve been coming to OCNJ for family vacations for decades including years with lots of small children in tow. You just can’t beat this location. Situated on a quiet street, the house is a very short walk to a playground, a grocery store, the beach and even a few restaurants. Yet, you still experience the quiet charm of OCNJ’s South End. The house itself is outfitted with up-to-date amenities, ample seating and a deck.

A great place
This is a beautiful property. The decor is perfect and the place is comfy and clean. The decks are great places to allow everyone to spread out. Close to the beach and local food/shops for whatever you need. We drove to the boardwalk, but it is definitely bike-able.

Girls Weekend
We decided to spend a girls weekend in OCNJ celebrating 30 years of friendship. This house was perfect. The location, cleanliness and layout of the condo was perfect for groups. We loved the ocean view and sea breeze off the back deck! Loved that it’s a short walk to the 34th street beach and that you can walk to eat, shop and play. We will be back! That’s a promise. Ocean City Ideal Vacation
This location is ideal for beach access, restaurants, playgrounds and shops. We love Ocean City and have been coming here for over 30 years as a family. Now our family has grown and they still love coming back each year. This home was ideal for our family!! Long beach days and great relaxation in the home. The rooms were perfect size.

Wonderful Weekend
We spent a long weekend in this beautiful clean home. The weather was terrible, but staying here made our trip a whole lot better. Plenty of room to play games, as well as room for privacy to go read a book or watch a movie in the bedroom. Boardwalk was close so we could go between storms! Thank you we will be back!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect with so many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Owners were great to work with and very responsive when I had questions.
