This unit, a 1st floor studio with keyless entry -- one queen-sized bed and one queen-sized futon, galley style kitchen, dining area, and living space -- comfortably sleeps four. Cable and wifi included! Upper sun deck, and a grill located in the pool area! Coin-op laundry room and ice machine on the premise. Additional: 4 beach tags available during your stay! All kitchen accessories available -- pots/pans/dishes/cups/glasses/utensils. Freshly painted, new flooring, futon, kitchenware, dresser, blankets, and much more -- all bought this year!! Perfect Stay
Communication with Staci was quick, responsive, and profeasional. The rental was in a perfect location for the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and the wedding we attended. We had a blast in OC. Walking distance to the board walk and other great little shops. We had a packed weekend full of activities with little time to relax - but the pool was a huge bonus for us and the location was ideal.

Great condo, great location
The condo was the perfect little space for my family (2 adults, 2 kids under 10) for our 3 day beach trip. Bed was comfy, room was clean, the pool at the property was bigger than expected with tons of chairs and didn't seem to get used often, we were the only ones there 2 days in a row. It is a short 2 block walk to the boardwalk and beach, best location. I would 100% rent this place again when we return.

Little Gem
Where to begin...this condo was an amazing find. We were looking for a quick getaway, but it had to be clean and have enough room for my husband and I and our 18 y.o. son. This met our basic needs and then some. Staci was a joy to deal with. She was very prompt with all her responses to my questions. You would never know that the condo had been a hotel room at one point. Staci had thought of everything down to lots of lights and many hooks and racks in the bathroom for towels and washcloths. The fridge was large for a mini fridge and had a separate freezer. There were a couple of burners if you wanted/needed to heat something up, as well as a microwave. The place was so cozy. We did not have time to make it to the pool, but it looked very nice. It was a short few blocks to the boardwalk, in the heart of everything. It was also nice to have beach tags so we didn't need to purchase them. Overall, if you can't tell, we were very pleased with the accommodations and would stay there again!

Great location with walking distance to everything we needed and also easy to get to other shore points for restaurants or bars. Pool was great to have for quick dips especially after returning from beaches. Room setup was comfortable for the 2 of us and offered many amenities!

Overall very nice
This is basically an old beach motel that was converted into private apts. Great location, big bed was comfy, futon was comfortable enough for our toddler. We had no issues with the parking spot and our suv. Pretty central with an easy walk to the boardwalk, grocery store, coffee etc. One thing we didn’t realize is towels aren’t supplied. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

The devil is in the details. This unit is part of a motel disguised as a condo. Someone took this motel and turned the units into condos. It is located in the heart of Ocean City and yes close to everything. The parking is tight and the owner sends you the code to open the door about an hour before you are suppose to get in. We arrived and hour early and there is no one to help you. We did not know about the door code. The unit is small, no sofa, just a futon couch which you can't really sit on. There is a drop leaf table with funky chairs and a small frig. The place was more suited for teenagers down for the weekend. You should bring your own sheets and towels and write down the entry code for the door. There is a pool which is for all the tenants and tenant kids.
