Brand new AC installed for the 2024 season!! ON THE BOARDWALK!! BEACH FRONT! Kitchen and all 3 bathrooms have been beautifully remodelded with corrian and granite. Kitchen is fiully sotcked and has new stainless steel appliances. There's plenty of room for the whole family in this 3 BR 3 Bath house. Every bedroom gets their own bathroom in this Beach front Beauty!! It doesnt get much better than this!!

Very nice property and a great stay
The unit is very well equipped, and the property manager was very responsible to any questions or concerns that we had. The location is quiet, just steps from the beach with a ramp just outside your door. Although it is off the beaten path slightly, you can be in the heart of the boardwalk action quickly. Really enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to stay there again!

This property is well located-on the boardwalk but far enough up to be relatively quiet. The first floor that we rented hand easy access to nice outdoor space.

Great Memorial weekend
Very beautiful and spacious 1st floor right on the boardwalk. Easy parking and wonderful deck (covered and uncovered). Quiet at night.

Awesome location and immaculate property
We stayed the week of July 4th and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for teens to walk boardwalk, yet far enough away from the crowds to relax on the patio. We had easy access to the beach, and the property was nicely equipped with kitchen necessities. Loved the open family room area and lots of windows to people watch. The host was very responsive to any questions and made it easy to plan for the trip.

Stayed for a weekend during the off season for my and my husband’s birthdays with our two young children. You cannot beat the location or the view. Owner was super accommodating. Was super clean and so nice. It rained a majority of our stay and my 5-year-old still did not want to leave! Would love to go back.

Amazing location! Not on the busy part of the boardwalk, but close enough to walk everywhere. Loved being right in the corner with beach access. Best of all, bathrooms for all! Haha! Manager was very accommodating and answered texts promptly. Nothing but love for this place. Highly recommend! Will def be back.

Everything was great, couldn't get a better location. Beach wasn't crowded, Hardly any traffic. The only thing I would recommend is you put carpet treads on the 6 stairs leading to bedroom, my wife had socks on an slipped a slid down the stairs on her rear, luckily she just got bruised.

Family Shore Vacation
This was our first time in Ocean City and it was so nice there! The unit that we rented was great: well maintained, well stocked with everything you would need, and perfect location!! The only issue we had was that the AC wasn’t working but Missy responded to my messages about the issue very quickly and made arrangements for service to be done as soon as possible. We enjoyed our vacation and would definitely consider renting this unit again.

We didn't want to leave!
I decided to book a last minute ladies retreat Presidents Day weekend with a friend, and from the moment I connected with owner Missy, until we had to leave, I was blown away! We spent the weekend sitting on the cozy couches, gettinf take out as we had everything we needes right there. The front windows provide beautiful sunrise and sunset skies. The property was an amazing location, clean, well supplied and the bed were comfortable! I left taking note of decor and furniture as it was beautiful and functional. I plan on staying again with my family and definitely again for girlfriends. Thank you for an amazing weekend getaway 💕

Great Experience Even When Unforeseen Issues Arise
Checked into the house on a late Saturday afternoon and immediately noticed that the air conditioner wasn't working. I called Missy, and she had someone out to check on things within hours. The AC repair person said that the AC likely wouldn't be operational until after my stay. Missy and the owners worked with me that night to give me options on whether to stay, go to a different location, or come back at a later date. In short, even though an unforeseen issue arose, they worked with me to find a solution that fit all my needs.

Can't Beat the Location!
The location is amazing--right off the boardwalk and an entrance onto the beach! Close to the shops/restaurants/amusements on the boardwalk, but still nice and quiet. The layout of the house is fantastic--nice outdoor space (both covered and uncovered), large kitchen and living area, and nice big windows that look onto the boardwalk and the dunes. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this property is great for families and one of the bedrooms and bathrooms is on the first floor which is also nice. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are a great size. The garage offers a shower/area to rinse off, and it's a great place to store beach stuff. The beach cart and beach chairs were great to have at the property!
