This unit occupies the 1st and 2nd floors of a charming three-unit home!
To access the unit, start by walking up the front steps. There you will see the front door with a keypad above the handle. Enter the access code provided to enter the unit!
You have access to the entire 1st and 2nd floors!
1st Floor:
• Beautifully updated kitchen appliances with everything you need! ( Plates, Cups, Coffee)
• Washer & dryer!
• Stylish and comfortable living room + 2 sofas 2 chairs
• Half bathroom
• 2 Pull out couches
2nd Floor:
• 4 Bedroom with Queen size bed + closet
• 4 full bathroom (2 on suite)
• 3 Pull out couches

We are only a message, phone, text away! Please let us know if anything is needed at check in or at any time during your stay.
We can't fix it if we don't know about it! =)
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.
TRASH
Trash day is Tuesday. If you are staying over night on Monday, we would really appreciate if you could help us out by taking the trash cans (on the right side of the home) to the curb. It can be taken out Monday night or early Tuesday morning.
SPACE
Entire space of 1st & 2nd Floors is included in this rental.
Please remember there can be tenants above.
Be respectful of quiet hours and acknowledge house rules.
There may be noise above at times if unit above is occupied.
PARKING
There is street parking, but please make sure to read all street signs. Street parking is based on a first come, first serve basis on S Dover Ave.
Per Atlantic city short-term rental ordinance the person booking must provide a photo of their ID which Matches their profile name to prove they are over 21. Also to note there can never be more then the amount booked guests on-premise. Unfortunately you will not receive check in information until this is provided and it must be provided prior to check in day (unless it is a same day booking).
1) No smoking on premise in or around the property inside the house - $250 fine if detected
2) No more than the number of people booked ON-PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected
3) Please remove shoes.
4) Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am (50 decibels). We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
5) Must have a valid govt ID & phone number on file.
6) Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
7) We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion
8)Primary guest ID must match the name on my profile when checked by my host, and if there is anyone under 21 in the group the person booking & checking in must be over 25.
