Stellar location! Walking distance to restaurants and bars, but far enough away not to be a nuisance. First floor 500 sq ft. guest studio with kitchenette. You will have covered parking and private access to your studio. The studio is an open floor plan with a queen bed and a sectional sofa that easily converts to a twin bed. A large flat screen TV and dining for four. Enjoy the large bathroom with excellent lighting. The studio is very comfortable and well equipped, with a private path to the uncrowded beach. Private outdoor area with rocking chairs, Shibumi tent, beach chairs and towels provided for your enjoyment.

Perfect Getaway
This property was perfect for me and my wife who love to stay on the beach all hours of the day. Short walk to the beach and very convenient. Owner was extremely communicative and responds quickly.

We loved staying here for our honeymoon! The studio is super cute, has just about everything you would need, and just a short walk to the beach. The area is very private and quiet. The owner is super sweet!

The apartment was in great shape and wonderfully equipped. Everything you could possibly need. The location is beyond convenient, within walking distance of the restaurants and pubs on the island and the ocean is just across the dunes. We’d happily return.

Birthday Getaway!
Wonderful location and a great place. It was all we needed for a very relaxing vacation. The owner is such a sweet woman and will make sure your stay is everything it needs to be. We cooked daily and used the grill for dinner. Bahia Beach House is an absolute must for a nice dinner and drinks.

The studio was very clean, the owner provided everything needed for our stay. The location was perfect for all activities... site seeing, shopping and just relaxing on the beach which was just a few steps from the house. Highly recommended for a couple wanting privacy. Great little place, cute decor. Nice amount of storage in the bathroom for clothes and toiletries. Can walk to restaurant and bars and of course the beach. Nice that cooler and beach chairs are included. Great sitting area outside. Bed was comfortable.

Never been to Atlantic Beach we will return. Beautiful immaculate, and very quiet. It was nice not to have to travel with beach chairs, and towels all were provided. The beach was quiet, not crowded and very clean.
