RARE OCEANFRONT STUDIO, private outdoor area.

Stellar location! Walking distance to restaurants and bars, but far enough away not to be a nuisance. First floor 500 sq ft. guest studio with kitchenette. You will have covered parking and private access to your studio. The studio is an open floor plan with a queen bed and a sectional sofa that easily converts to a twin bed. A large flat screen TV and dining for four. Enjoy the large bathroom with excellent lighting. The studio is very comfortable and well equipped, with a private path to the uncrowded beach. Private outdoor area with rocking chairs, Shibumi tent, beach chairs and towels provided for your enjoyment.

Great location
We enjoyed staying in this cute and cozy studio. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the rain shower. We will stay there again.

Great little place, cute decor. Nice amount of storage in the bathroom for clothes and toiletries. Can walk to restaurant and bars and of course the beach. Nice that cooler and beach chairs are included. Great sitting area outside. Bed was comfortable.

Anniversary get away

Quiet retreat
The apartment was set up beautifully and well appointed with all of the accessories to make for a pleasant weekend away at the beach. Very quiet and direct beach access. Beverly was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. It was just what we needed.

Arrived late at night Fantastic setup and design. Everything was new appliances, design well thought out, bathroom was new and wonderful Easy beach access, great sitting area outside, compliments the ocean front property. Kudos!!!!

My husband and I stayed here from 5/31/24 - 6/9/24, and what a fantastic find! Beverly has anticipated every one of your needs while you stay. The studio is beautifully decorated, cozy, clean, and well thought out. The location is perfect, located in a quiet neighborhood and just steps from the ocean. We enjoyed walking to several restaurants and shops (it's nice to have drinks and be able to walk home!) and also a short drive to Morehead City, Beaufort, and New Bern as well. We plan to go back and would def recommend it to others.

Beautiful Studio Apartment at Atlantic Beach
The owner,Beverly could not have been nicer. The studio apartment was beautifully appointed & had more than we needed. This is truly a “bring you clothes & stay awhile” beach house. We loved every minute.

Awesome Beach Front Studio
Every detail of this property exemplifies the highest quality I’ve ever experienced in a rental property down to the water glass provided in the bathroom. Covered parking, a small zen like garden off of the patio leading to a pathway over the dunes to the beach. The most comfortable bed & couch. A small kitchen but with every amenity. I’d definitely stay there again. It’s on Atlantic Beach’s character infused Boardwalk Blvd with many other beautiful cottages.

Are stay with Beverly was better than we could have imagined! The location was perfect. We enjoyed our morning and evening walks on the beach. Wonderful stay- steps from the beach
This is the second time our family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child) stayed here, and we are so happy we found this little gem. The studio has everything needed with a newly renovated kitchen, and is super cozy, with a quaint back patio to listen to the waves. Best part of all is the location. Steps away from the beach with private acces, close enough to walk to the circle, but far enough to avoid the crowds. Thanks again for another great stay!

Great location and lovely studio stay
We had a lovely stay at Atlantic Beach. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to dinner, drinks, lunch, and ice cream :), but we were still a nice distance from the crowds at the center and had plenty of open space to play on the beach. A shibumi, towels, and chairs were also included which was a great perk! The studio was exactly as described, and we enjoyed our stay and evenings on the back private patio.

Amazing Experience and Host!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Beverly’s place for an extended weekend and had an incredible experience. The space was cozy, clean, had everything we needed and the private walk to the beach was so convenient. We had some issues with figuring out the washer during our stay and Beverly was quick to respond and come downstairs to help get things resolved. She even shared some cookies with us before leaving! Absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be staying here in the future!

This property, which is an efficiency unit, is comfortable and well designed. Beverly, the owner, has thought of all the amenities that one could need. And, she is a lovely woman. My husband and I enjoyed every minute including great restaurant suggestions from Beverly.

PERFECT FOR 2 PEOPLE
Everything was great with our stay. Perfect for 2 people. My only complaint : the quiet hours start at 10pm but the owner of this property called the sheriff on our neighbors at 9pm. I thought that was inconsiderate. As far as her property is awesome. She has thought of every detail.

Great Location with Cozy Vibes!
Studio was exceptionally clean and neat with all the amenities you could ask for, and even some you wouldn’t think about!. Personal touches of the property owner were noticed and much appreciated. The location of the property is great as it’s where I would consider private, but not far from the main areas. Beach area is also semi-private as there are no closely located public accesses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!
