SEAFIRE OF OCEAN RIDGE is a newly renovated and furnished oceanfront home well suited for large gatherings. The home boasts 7 bedrooms: *K*K*K*K*K*K*4DB* all with ocean or sound views. The great room features seating for 28+ that includes formal dining for 16 and a fully stocked kitchen. Third floor primary suite with King bed also has a sitting area with pull out sofa, glam bathroom w/whirpool tub w/ocean views and deck. The ground level has a separate entrance, rec room and 2 bedrooms with ocean views, a bunk room, kitchenette with laundry and immediate access to beach front area with grill and outdoor shower. Off street parking for 10+ vehicles. Weddings allowed with additional fees.

Wow was this the most magical place! I celebrated my wedding here full ceremony and reception. I feel so bless working with the owners was fantastic they are so responsive, helpful, and awesome. We had our cats with us and it was so nice to have the big master bed room for them to hang out in during the week when we were in and out. I would highly recommend for your next vacation or celebration!

Beautiful home

The house was just as advertised. Great oceanfront views from all 3 levels. Very spacious and accommodated all 10 guests comfortably plus additional family members visiting that were staying at other properties nearby. Owner was very responsive to any questions or needs.

Great location!

We loved our stay! Lots of room for everyone to stretch out. The beds were really comfortable and the decor throughout the house was fabulous. The trek to the beach was long, but other than that, we enjoyed our week at the beach! Our host responded quickly to any need we had!

Father’s 89th birthday get together/fishing trip

Very clean and perfectly appointed. Excellent parking accommodations for such a large property! Very spacious with cozy areas for intimate conversations! Sand pit play area was a hit with the children! Will be 1st choice for booking next year, if not sooner!

Rehearsal Dinner and weekend stay

Amazing house

We had a small family gathering and it was amazing. The house was clean well stocked and well appointed with everything we needed. The weather was tricky but the large home allowed ups to enjoy the views out of the high winds. It was fabulous!! I highly recommend the property and the gracious hostess. She was spot on!!

Incredible stay in Atlantic Beach

This property is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The house is gorgeous, with incredible views of the dunes and ocean. We enjoyed so much time on the multiple levels of decks, and loved the private beach access through the dunes. The bedrooms had ample space, and the host left all the beach amenities you would need! The check in process was very easy, and the host very communicative and kind. Not to mention, the house was on a quiet road with little traffic and a large private driveway, in the heart of Atlantic Beach for a fantastic location. We are definitely going to be planning another stay here!

Fantastic Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our group of 4 families. The kitchen was fully stocked & the bathrooms included hotel like amenities. The VRBO listing is 100% accurate and the host is super responsive. Our adult children were very happy to find king beds & double bunks instead of being jammed into twin bunk beds. We are an active group and the neighborhood is perfect for walking, running or cycling. Visiting Fort Macon on a bike, or on foot, is a great morning adventure. An all-around great place for a family get away!!

A little piece of heaven on earth

The property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. l You really made my our daughter's beach wedding exact vision come true and I am so grateful! The venue ( The Beach House )and set up looked stunning!! . So thank you guys again for hosting us and making their wedding such a memorable experience for not only the bride and groom in their family, but also all the attendees!! I can not wait to come back !

Everything we wanted and more!

I stayed at this house for my wedding weekend with my family. House is updated and spacious. There was 12 of us- 4 nephews, 2 siblings and their spouses, my maid of honor and my mom and dad. We all felt comfortable and had plenty of space with the bedroom layout across 3 floors. The views are amazing and there is great natural light. In fact the space was so gorgeous that my photographer decided to do our first look and a few photos there. Thank you again for an awesome beach weekend!

The house is beautiful, very well, furnished and equipped, even though none of the icemakers work

Walking to the beach is treacherous, the best with the hot sand. It’s really bad and no elevator in the house for floors is really hard unpacking and packing.

Annual Family Beach Vacation

What a great house! Our extended family of 15 loved all the amenities this house had to offer. From the large lot with extra parking, to all the spacious areas to spread out and not be on top of each other, the extensive deck space and backyard sand pit for games and not to mention all the swivel chairs (wouldn’t think that would be a plus, but they were!). We have stayed in so many beach houses over the years, this one was by far exceeded expectations with beautiful furnishings, fixtures and artwork. We enjoyed being so close to shops and the circle, walking every day instead of having to jump in our cars. The house was well stocked with towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, and spices- something many beach house rentals don’t have. We look forward to coming back next year- thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family! We will miss watching the dolphins every morning from the decks!

Absolutely Awesome

My husband and I waited too late to book a cruise for our 50th wedding anniversary, so we decided to go to the beach. This was our first time at Atlantic Beach. This spot is quiet, uncrowded, and the perfect respite. This house in particular is absolutely awesome. Upon entering, we were impressed with its expansive, clean, and inviting decor. The ocean view, seen from the entire beach side of the house and from all three balconies, is totally unobstructed and beautiful. Numerous restaurants are close, as is a grocery store and ice cream parlor. We had a fantastic time together, enjoying each other, remembering, and feeling our blessings. We did have a friend with us who had difficulty climbing the stairs. She was aware of the multi-levels ahead of time, though, from the descriptions on the website, and chose to come anyway. She did enjoy her time here and the beauty and quietness of the place. I can’t imagine a better way to spend time with friends and family. We hope to make this house and location a family vacation tradition.

Christmas Dance Party

The house is beautiful! Decorated nicely. However, we had several issues. The chairs around the breakfast table were wobbly. One of our guests had to turn them all upside down and tighten all the screws. There was no frying pan large enough to accommodate 11 people. Nor was there the requested drip coffee pot. I called the contact and they made sure we had those two items that evening. But that was the last we heard from them. I called them 2 or 3 times asking where the outside garbage cans were. No one ever got back to me. We just left the trash bags in the laundry room. The step down from the kitchen to the porch is extremely dangerous. Very slippery. Three of our guests fell down stepping outside. One hurt their back and was sore for several days. If those negatives become positives, I can reasonably say that we would consider staying there again.

Wedding weekend with old time friends

Friends for over 40 years , 10 of us gathered at this home for a wedding in Beaufort. Wonderfully decorated home with superb layout for multiple conversations areas . Beds were all very comfortable , and I loved the artwork and light fixtures . Very tastefully done . Having that many folks under one roof is always concerning and it flowed beautifully . Bedrooms were sound , and if you turned in early you didn’t hear conversations of others . The multiple decks allowed for views of ocean and dolphin watching . We all seemed to shower at the same time one day to get ready for wedding … we never ran short of hot water or water pressure . Beach was powdery sand , and other vacationers on beach were a classy crowd .Communication was awesome with host, and she was able to answer any questions we had .Already talking about making it an annual trip . Thank you for your hospitality !

Great house

This is a great beach house with plenty of space for a large group of friends. We loved the open living space for the kitchen and living room with the views of the ocean. We also spent a lot of time sitting on the large deck looking at the ocean. Nice big bedrooms was another plus. We would all love to come back next year- it was lovely.

Family vacation

The property was great.... longer walk to the beach than what we expected. The house was beautifully decorated and clean, beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fairly stocked. Thank you for all the beach chairs, toys, boards, etc...that we could borrow. Makes for easier packing. All in all a fantastic time
