Great stay near ocean
This condo served its purpose for my family. Two couples who wanted an oceanfront location. We could see the ocean from a distance, being next to the pool with screaming children not our preference. Had all the basic amenities you’d need for a short stay and property itself was safe and quiet. The porch was nice but could use more than 2 chairs.

We loved everything about the apartment. Just a short walk away from the beach, very clean, fully equipped and lot's of space for our family of three. The king bed was very comfortable, we were able to get great rest after each day filled of activities. Happy to have found this gem. We hope to be back again soon.

Was here for seafood festival ate at a few of local restaurants. We loved Amos Mosquitoes very good food. People at our location was very nice. Located in good location for the festival Lots of good restaurants in Moorehead city as well.would definitely stay again

What you see is what you get
What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! The condo is beautiful, the beds are super comfy, and the kitchen has what you need to cook decent meals. Beach access isn't far but it is a bit of a walk to the water, but totally worth it

This place was beautiful, and pictures online were accurate. The weather was in the 60-70s. The beach was within walking distance. The only thing that was upsetting was the check-in and checkout process. Would stay again.

Spring fishing trip
Weekend trip with my husband and another couple. Great location and very nice rooms. I liked the ocean view and overlooking the courtyard/pool area. Only thing was not enough towels for 3 nights and 4 people. I called the number and asked for more towels. I was told they would call me back on that. No one called so we made do withwhat we had. Also, we had bracelets for pool access but no key card to get in the gate. I called the office and we could have went there to get one but someone let us into the pool area. We were leaving the next morning so there wasnt a need for the card anymore. Rooms were clean. I would stay there again.

Surprised by no elevator. Only one key-odd. Now -working ice maker. Was told it was broken and needed to be fixed. Overall look of condo is dated. Peeling paint and moldy residue in several areas. On the good side this had a great pool area and was close to everything

Nice Place
Stayed there on a weekend trip. It was very clean. Nice kitchen area with all the extras needed for a good stay. We only used the master bedroom. It had a king size bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom is rather small, especially the shower stall. There is another bathroom with a tub/shower, but we did not use it. Nice living room area. Wifi was fast and the tv selection with Spectrum was great. I highly recommend booking this location.

Wonderful Stay!
My family and I were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Seaspray 237. This condo is furnish very well and lots of thoughts on including simple needs (Pens/paper, Soap, etc..). We will definitely book again and highly recommend this location to everyone!
