Gorgeous water view, pet friendly, private fenced in backyard!

Get the best of both worlds at our family-sized, oceanside home in Atlantic Beach, NC. Imagine a sunny morning on the private front porch, enjoying a coffee or breakfast and unobstructed, amazing water views of the Bogue Sound and Morehead City across the water.

Then, with just a quick walk (about 5 minutes), you are at the ocean and sandy beaches of the Crystal Coast! Attractions, shopping, and much more only minutes away in Atlantic Beach, Beaufort, Morehead City or Emerald Isle (e.g. Fort Macon State Park & beach is about 1.5 miles up the road).

If you bring your dog (or kids!), we have a fenced in back yard with walking path, hammock, back deck with grill and table/chairs/shower, and swing --- plus lots of room for dogs to run or do what they do! The fully fenced in back yard is private (not shared with the adjoining house).

The 3BR house (2 Queen beds, 1 King) with two extra cots sleeps 8 and is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with sidewalks for biking, skateboarding, walking dogs, running, etc.

The kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking and laundry needs and has large windows that make you feel like the outside is part of the room - makes cooking much more fun!

All bedrooms have beautiful water views, desks/chairs, mirrors, and contemporary coastal decor. Linens and towels are included for your stay as well as beach chairs, skim boards, sand toys, bocce ball and more!

New bathrooms within the past two years as well as dining and living room. Hard flooring throughout downstairs and carpeted upstairs -- lots of windows in all rooms for great light and views.

The Bogue Sound views from our house on the island of Atlantic Beach change throughout the day with the tides...always beautiful and no houses to block the view! Come to Sound 'n' Surf and enjoy the cozy places inside and outside the house when you aren't out enjoying the beach and Eastern North Carolina coast. Great house and location for a beach getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this house. The beach decor was great, and it had all the necessities for your stay. The location was terrific. Sitting on the front porch each morning and evening taking in the view of the sound was very relaxing.

Our family loved our stay. Home is convenient to boat ramp, restaurants, fort macon, and shops. The hosts were easy to reach and we had no issues. They even provided a sweet welcome card and more! The property is beautiful and clean! Recommend highly and have saved for future trips!

Perfect getaway
Very cute house, well appointed, w a spectacular view of the sound. The weather did not cooperate much of the time but that didn’t stop us from chillin’ on the deck and drinking in the beauty of Mother Nature. It was just a short walk to the beach w easy access. Beautiful home away from home
My group of coworkers had a week of vacation from work and very short notice found this beautiful property. Jennifer was extremely kind and very helpful during the booking process, and also gave us plenty of recommendations of things to do on the island. The house was nothing short of a beach getaway, with lovely and clean rooms, themed decor, and some amenities to get us started (toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.) The maps provided were super easy to follow and was a very quick walk to the beach. We were also able to see fireworks on the 4th of July right from the front porch which was a huge plus! 10/10 would definitely recommend this stay!

Awesome Vacation Getaway
Excellent property with all of the amenities. Great views of Bogue Sound, loved watching the boats and the birds navigating along. Looking forward to returning next year. Host response was awesome, highly recommend!
