Wonderful view
Our family enjoyed our stay overall. PROS: Great location and we really enjoyed the ocean view. CONS: Unit is in need of a deep clean. There were not enough linens for our family of 5 for a five night stay. Beach towels are also provided so make sure to bring your own. We had several encounters with the building staff and they were not at all friendly and it’s clear the owners are not fans of renters.

First time to this location.
The pictures were accurate but it didnt say 3rd floor. And long walks to parking . Decent beach access and grounds. Were kept up i am country folk. The indoor breezeway was hot and stuffy. The room felt neglected. Hung a towel up and the bar fell tv in 2nd room didnt work . Laundry was very dated and no vending machine or way to purchase anything once on property or it was not clearly made known. Ultimately i will not recommend this property in the future. It is not a bad property just less than i expected

Great Sea Spray Stay
Extremely convenient booking and access. The condo was very clean and even included paper towels and toilet paper. The view was one of the best in this complex and you could even see the Cape Lookout Lighthouse. Lots of great things to do nearby including Fort Macon Park which is a great walk from the condo either on the beach or the sidewalk. Very nice nature trail in the park as well. Easy access to Morehead City and Beaufort for great restaurants, shopping and boating.

This was one of the nicest experiences I have had with VRBO. And mind you, none of them have been bad. I had check in and check out instructions several days before the trip. The unit was extremely clean and well cared for and maintained. The Evolve management seems to be extremely detailed oriented.

Condo was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked for anyone who wants to cook. Decor was charming. Great view of the ocean, dunes and green space. Guests need to remember to bring toilet paper and garbage bags!
