Penthouse



The Penthouse is a First class 3000 sq feet penthouse on the top of a triplex with perfect ocean and beach view. This home is practically on the beach.

The Penthouse 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an elevator to take you to the top of this gorgeous home directly from the parking area underneath. Once at the top, the door opens to a den, kitchen, and dining area.

The den features decor focusing on a 42' LCD television with HD channels and cable. Behind the den is the dining area and table that seats 8, with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is very spacious for cooking meals with lots of granite countertop space.

Off the back of the kitchen is the Bigger of the master suites. This bedroom has a king-size bed, LCD TV, and a small private deck to relax and enjoy the evening views. The Bathroom has double sinks, stand-up shower, and a whirlpool tub. The other master bedroom has a queen bed and has doors to the balcony looking toward the ocean. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed, and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds. The loft has a smart TV and table for playing cards or games. There are also 2 twin mattresses in the closet under the stairs if needed.

Great Stay
We love this rental. It was our 3rd time staying here. The layout works well for our family. Kiddos love the loft. I love the big open kitchen for cooking meals/food prep. The view is lovely. The area is not crowded (at least this time of year) and we always enjoy our stay.

Great View with all the amenities
Great place with a beautiful view. Very easy access to the beach. The elevator provided ease of movement for my elderly mother and one in our party who is to have knee surgery. Great restaurants and an easy travel distance to great little towns like New Bern, Beaufort, and Swansboro. Comfortable and enjoyable.

Fun Family Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Lookout! The unit was spacious and bright. We loved that we could see the Cape from the deck. It didn't hurt that the weather was perfect for us every day of our vacation. The management company was exceptionally pleasant to work with as well. Arrival & departure was made very easy. We'll be back!

Family for daughter’s wedding
This is a beautiful place with so much marital Light and beauty. Wonderful location with easy beach access. It served our purpose in holding family and friends for our daughter’s wedding. The property manager is super responsive and we had no issue at all. Thank you for allowing g us to stay! We will be back!

Beautiful & Spacious
The house lives up to the photos with very generous common area and lovely spacious bedrooms! We had a lovely mini family reunion for my mom’s birthday! Daily walks on the beach with Carolina sunshine made it a great weekend! So thankful for the elevator especially for my elderly parents (and loading and unloading)!!

Spacious and Beautiful
Our family enjoyed our lovely beach suite for the week. The location is ideal, with the beach very visible and only a short walk away. The elevator made it very easy to transport luggage and groceries. The area is very family friendly and the bedrooms are all very comfortable. There is plenty of room for storage. We really did need some hangers! That really isn't anything we think about packing and were surprised that we didn't find them in the closets. We ended up going to the dollar store to purchase hangers. Just a small thing, but I'm sure that all of the guests would appreciate some hangers in the closets. The entire rental process was very easy and Tangie was very helpful. Thank you for all of your attention to detail.

There was a leak in the ceiling due to new air conditioner installation error. It was handled immediately and courteously. This unit is in a great location and roomy for the whole family. I have one suggestion: a baby gate at the top of stairs on deck. We love spending time on the deck with all the kids and it would be great to have a gate to close just for extra safety.

Annual Family Gathering
The place was perfect for our family. We had 10 family member staying in the unit. We needed accommodations for family that had a hard time with stairs. The elevator and expansive main level was excellent for family gatherings! The loft was excellent for the younger generation to gather, not to mention the large porches! Edith the property manager was AMAZING!! We texted her very late at night when we arrived. She resolved our issue first thing in the morning. She truly defines Southern Hospitality and welcome, the owners are very luck to have her!!!

Great family condo
This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We love it! The elevator is very convenient for older family members as well as loading/unloading cars. The large kitchen is great for making family meals while still being a part of the socializing. Multiple restaurants nearby and across the bridge in Morehead City. The walk to the beach is quick and we saw dolphins multiple times!

The location of this vacation home is perfect- literally a few feet from the beach .We had a great time at this place.
