Guest access
Property access is from the front door. For your security, the entry door is equipped with a digital lock. A unique code is provided for every booking, and both locks use the same code for convenience. Your access is valid from check-in to check-out time. Please ensure the entry door is fully closed upon departure.
Other things to note
For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the first week of each new monthly booking.
For bookings exceeding 35 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place.
Additional Notes
1. Keyless smart lock. Your code is provided at check-in. Use the code to unlock the front door. When leaving, simply securely close the door and press the lock button on the keypad. No key is necessary. When leaving the house, please do not lock the bottom lock (this lock requires a "key").
2. Each television uses a Roku or Firestick for TV access or you may bring your own smart device. Please use the Roku TVs for any shows and free movies.
3. The house has 24/7 security monitoring provided by Ring. There are two video cameras in the home. There is a video camera on the doorbell and in the corner of the living room near the ceiling to the left of the fireplace.
4. In the case of Fire, a fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. The exits are the front door and back patio doors. If necessary, break any window in the home to exit. This is a single-level dwelling.
5. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and essentials to use as needed. All paper products are provided. There is a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker, double over and 5 burner gas stove.
6. The Outdoor space is for your enjoyment. Charcoal located in the hall storage room and firewood is on the patio. If using the Fire Pit and Grill(s) please clean the grill and extinguish the fire after use. The twinkle lights around the Gazebo are battery-operated. Just turn the switch on when using it.
7. A security bar for the patio doors is in the hallway storage closet.

The water main is in the closet of the first Queen bedroom on the right.

11. Back porch light: The wall switch for the light over the kitchen table needs to be turned on in order to make the porch light switch operational.
12. The security deposit will be used to address any incidents. After, depending on the results, security deposits will be returned within 14 days or less.
The host may conduct a random identity verification to protect both the host and guest from identity theft and illegal activities. If selected, you’ll receive a link to our portal. There is no cost to you, and the process takes less than five minutes, so please complete it as soon as possible when requested before your arrival.
If using the grill, charcoal, lighter fluid, and a fire starter are located in the first cabinet in the kitchen closest to the back door. Please leave the grill like you found it - clean and without leftover food on the grill. The grill must be left free of debris, or burned on food or a $25 cleaning fee will be billed to the guest.
The twinkle lights around the Gazebo are battery-operated. Just turn the switch on when using it.
