This property horrible Expedia should be fined for having this hotel on its website. The door wasn’t secured anyone just could put anything in the door latch it would open. I was so disappointed they need to shut down until the renovation are finished

The whole building was under such construction that I had to walk on unfinished flooring and spilled spackleing just to get to my room. The place was like a war zone. There was NO free breakfast as was promised, the microwave and fridge in the room were not hooked up or functioning. And over half the lobby was partitioned off with plastic. The room was clean, but the entire stay was a terrible experience.

Things are not up-to-date broken construction going on no amenities available and on top of paying online third-party with no refund you get charged $100 for the deposit no manager available to speak to no consideration don’t waste your time nor your money.!! They did not disclose there would be extremely loud construction at 7:30 am until checkout, theres no indoor pool, no bar, complete false advertising & they will not tell u unless u directly ask about it. Which i had already booked non refundable room when i found out but they still said nothing about the construction…our heat had went out at home we was so exited for this hotel but it was horrible!

It was terrible the property is under construction, it was loud! The TV didn’t work and the breakfast was horrible we went to the Waffle House for breakfast cause the hotel had cereal old milk sausage (microwaved) and eggs and toast that was it! No fruit or anything! No ice bucket half the hotel couldn’t be used because of the construction it was horrible! Never again

This place smells very bad and is so dirty. Doesn’t look like the images they posted. The hallways were very dark. There was hot water at the sink but when you take a shower the water is not hot. If I could cancel last night I would have. Don’t waste your money here.
