Some what misleading
The pool table is uneven so my fault was unable to use it. The listing stated a hot tub but none was present. We had strangers come to the door and that was weird. The house was nice for the most part a little misleading the dryer didn’t work at all the knob was broken.

Spelhouse Homecoming Fun!
The host was amazing and communicated well! There were so many hidden gems about the stay: The location was near everything of importance, especially our college where our homecoming was happening. If we needed to train it was walking distance from a station. The neighborhood was beautiful but of course still a little rough around the edges(I love that it was right across from a church🙏) Again the Host was so accommodating and even allowed us to stay an extra day when our trip plans changed. Thank you so much can’t wait for next year!

The only negatives were the location but we were not bothered so that was great and the initial opening of the door the unlocking process takes a little wiggling but once we figured it out it was smooth sailing. Nigba was a great host answered all concerns within minutes, sometimes seconds! wet beautiful house.

Great Place/Locatiin
Easy check-in process. Had a question around code and owner was on standby. Nice up and coming neighborhood with ease to downtown and freeways. Roomy and spacious house with great amenities as far as full kitchen, wifi with smart tv’s and washer and dryer. Our family enjoyed ourselves.

The home it’s self was nice aesthetically but the floors creeked, update TV’s would been a plus. Not many optio near the home as far as eating and grocery. The nightly gun shots, high speed cars, loud music all hours of the night. Overall a nice home and property manager.

I loved the property ! Nigba made it very easy and simple to check in and his communication skills were on point. The house was well kept and spacious. I came in town with family and everybody enjoyed the stay. I would RECOMMEND a thousand times because he is a very sweet hostess, also thank you for allowing me and my friends to stay at your property.
