This upscale Pen House has all new furniture with an amazing balcony view from the top floor. Voted best skyline view in the city! This 5 star property is fully loaded with 3 beds, 2 sofa beds, 4 TVs and a IMac Computer Lab complete with free WIFI!
Atlantic Station offers the best of Midtown Atlanta with shopping in 30+ stores, 17 dining choices, and Movie theater. There is even a Publix grocery store just steps away for convenient city living.
The unit has self check-in and only 3 miles away from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta Convention Center, and only 1 mile the Georgia Aquarium!
All rooms are equipped with free Wifi & cable TV in every room. Secured parking with service elevator from garage directly up to the Pen House.
Parking in secured garage is $20 per day. For security purposes there is a ring video camera on the front door.

Don’t stay here
The place was absolutely filthy. Dirt, dead bugs, mold, you name it. This hosts bar on cleanliness is slightly above a garbage dumpster. Contacted the host and he completely ghosted me. Not to mention the fact that I have never received my “refundable” deposits back. VRBO customer service provides zero support. I keep getting told that they are contacting the host. No satisfacstion guarantee of any kind. You have been warned. Do not stay here!

Great location
My husband and our teenage son stayed here with our friends with their teenage son to do a campus tour of GA Tech. The location was excellent, just a very short drive from the college with tons of restaurants and shops right downstairs. The building security as well as the secured parking garage was a huge positive although it did make the check in and check out process a bit cumbersome. Ralph was great with communication before and during our stay. Thanks for the great place to stay for our kids to do the college tour!

Atlanta Aquarium Family Weekend
Thank you for a wonderful weekend. The home was great. Comfy beds and plenty of ammenities. We loved sitting outside and people watching from the balcony while sipping coffee in the morning and in the evening. GREAT place for couples or families. Only 10 min ride to downtown. Awesome restaurants and shopping just steps away.

My stay was wonderful for my entire family. Walking distance to shopping, movies, bars, etc. It was very comfortable and would love to stay again should I return to Atlanta. I highly recommend renting this property!!!!

Nice condo with amazing views and convenient location.
The condo has a porch with a great view of downtown Atlanta. Right downstairs there are restaurants, a grocery store and a movie theater. It’s easy walking distance to Center Stage Atlanta.

Property not available upon arrival.
Received a message after booking months ago about "auto-check-in" but upon arrival there was no one to speak to or instructions. Called VRBO and the owner "Authentic Reservations" and eventually received a message through VRBO app there had been a sudden emergency and the property was unavailable. (This is while standing in front of the locked property with luggage in the unseasonably cold 45 degree Atlanta weather.) We were offered to drive to two other properties to see if they were acceptable but we needed the Atlantic Station Location and ended up having to book two rooms at the local Marriott at greater cost at the last moment. I was very sorry to hear of the owner's sudden emergency and hope he is OK but some notice before arrival would have been more professional. He did give a prompt full refund but the experience was a bad one.
