The room was a little dated but I knew that from the pics. overall I didn't have any issues. It did well for its purpose which was a good clean place to sleep while visiting a friend.

It was actually a nice Environment as far as Safety. The original room I was given had no heat, but after informing the desk clerk, he at no hesitation or problem moved me to a room with heat. A very relaxing night I had afterwards. Thank you 😊

I like the size of the suite .i didnt like.....that ive rented this room many times before, it used to have a coffee pot and ice bucket.the room had a ironing board,no iron.remote....no batteries,i was sooooo bored and 3 packs of moldy bread in top cabinet .they dont sweep behind doors either.pretty gross this time around.

I booked two rooms. One of which my Mother stayed in. Upon me telling her which room I stayed in she accidentally knocked on the room next door to mine. A woman that was one of the staff immediately became very disrespectful to my Mom stating that "she could not knock on the door". When my Mom informed her that her son was staying there, the woman responded "your son in not in there". I immediately came outside and as the arguing ensued, the man from the front desk told us we had to leave, which was an inconvenience for us coming from out of town. They called the police and when the police showed up they tried to mediate but the hotel staff would not allow us to stay another day. I believe this was a misunderstanding but the hotel staff was very rude and did not handle this in any type of professional manner.

Nasty refund please

Very rude stayed there for a week and had to deal wirh roaches and the staff being reall disrespectful. Had to spray for roaches 3 times had to spray and woke up with 2 in my bed and one on my chest
