Worst so far
Cancelled on us after the trip had “already started” we arrived around 7 even tho check in was at 4 and didn’t receive instructions to get it. Once I messaged, whoever was responding told us that it wasn’t ready and to come back an hour later. I wasn’t made aware of this situation until I was the one who reached out and messaged. I’ve booked with vrbo so many times and this was by far the worst experience
