This is a brand-new home that is conveniently located minutes away to major highways leading to downtown Atlanta and only 7 miles to Airport. If you enjoy modern designer home with outdoor deck along with high quality amenities & lake front view, this would be your GO-TO place. Sleeps well in our high-quality memory gel bed and luxury beds with plush pillows. Your memorable moments in Georgia starts here. TV's on all bedrooms.  FYI: Not Water Activities Lake. ** NO Party/Gathering - Will be ask to leave w NO REFUND!  

THE HOME:
1,800 square feet 2 story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a half bath along with 2 car garages. The home is in a quiet lake community neighborhood with lake front view in the backyard along with outdoor deck. It is conveniently only 1.5 miles away to major highway (I-675) and 5.5 miles from I-75, that leads you directly to Atlanta major attractions & Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (6.8 mi).

This is a brand new lake property subdivision.  
There is no public transportation nearby.

We provide “starting kit” toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, detergent…etc. during your short-term stays. For one week or longer stays, you will need to buy extras for your remaining stays.   The cleaning fee is to have professional cleaner to service the house after your stay.

Wonderful
This property met and exceeded our expectations. Clean and comfortable it was exactly what we needed for our group of four. The property is very spacious and could easily accommodate several additional guests. The beds were like clouds. The kitchen had everything we would need including extras (like a crock pot). There were stores and restaurants just a short drive away. We have already talked about staying here again next year. Thanks for making our trip very enjoyable.

Great 3 bedroom with access to ATL
A couple friends and I stayed here to watch the Falcons play. It was a very seamless process from beginning to end. Nice location, seems like mostly families around this location. Very easy to navigate down town from here for any activities. 20 min ride to the stadium. We would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed this beautiful home from the moment we walked in the door! Plenty of places around the house to do and only 11-14 miles from many attractions in Atlanta. House was exceptionally clean and well maintained! Will definitely stay again!

Very nice property and location
Our family stayed here for 4 days for the NASCAR race. The property was exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and it had adequate amenities. The location was great for us because we had to make multiple trips to the airport (20 min ea. way) and Atlanta Motor Speedway (45 min ea. way). I would recommend this property.

Great Property for our Family
Excellent experience for our family. We took advantage of the oven to bake a dessert for a family gathering and all appliances and cooking utensils were available. We lamented the rainy weather - it would have been delightful to sit on the pretty deck, but the dining area was cozy and spacious. Internet was high capacity and easily accessed. The location was convenient to the many activities we attended in Downtown Atlanta and Henry County. We would rent this property again.

This home was as described and pictured. There was an issue with the air conditioner the first night. However, the owner had issued resolved the next day and everything was good. I would stay here again.

Very nice we enjoyed the stay i little suggestion they need to upgrade the furniture it was not good
Furniture was not comfortable but everything else was fine and the heat from the oven was hot on the nobles on the stove. We heard rats in the laundry room Thursday morning. But overall it was good. We want come back but it was good for what we needed.

The house was very clean, we had no problems getting to the location and getting into the house the code for the door was on time, and the garage door opener was placed where I could find it. All the rooms were properly organized and neat. The bedding was clean and the beds slept GREAT!! We even decided to cook at this house and everything we need to prepare our meals was available. I would recommend this place and when we visit again would stay once again. Thanks

Cozy and Delightful
My spouse and our three children stayed here for a couple days. It was a great place to come “home” to after busy days of visiting family and sight-seeing. I love the open floor plan of the kitchen/living room. I really appreciate them having smart TVs so we could easily stream from our accounts. The neighborhood felt nice, safe and peaceful. The nights were very quiet. We never heard airplane noise. Previous reviews stated that the beds were super comfy, and I felt the same. I slept amazing here. I would happily stay here. All the rules and expectations were clearly posted. We never had a single issue so we didn’t have to reach out to the owners. Thanks for the great stay!

Great stay, so pros and cons.
Let me first start by saying this property is exactly as advertised. My partner, family, and I enjoyed our stay. The house was located close to grocery stores and it seemed like all of our destinations were about 20-30 minutes away(restaurants, aquarium, stadiums, etc). The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the layout of the home. The home does have noticeable marks on the walls. There were numerous signs that highlighted rules around the house which became irritating. Another issue was the couch located downstairs. It was very uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. The master bathroom shower is rather small as well. All things considered we enjoyed our stay.

Minimal utensils and supplies
Pros: convenient via Lyft to downtown Atlanta & airport, residential neighborhood, open floorplan, back deck with nature view, comfortable beds, lovely large master suite. Cons: minimal utensils & supplies (only 4 mismatched forks, no corkscrew, no cookie sheet, missing stove knob, no laundry soap, one hairdryer, very thin dishtowels. Lakeview only from 2nd floor, firepit only at neighbors, great room smaller than pictures show. Frequent noise of jets flying overhead, many marks on walls and some damaged trim. Street light shines through blinds. Suggestions: add full set of better quality silverware and dishtowels, some plastic glasses, cookie sheet, corkscrew, laundry soap, hairdryer, more towels, earplugs or sound machines, blackout curtains in bedrooms. Replace stove knob, repair damaged trim, touch-up or repaint. Other than the cons listed, it worked well for a 2 night girlfriends getaway.
