From the door of the apartment, it takes 30 minutes to make it to the Atlanta Airport via MARTA.

Apartment was clean but the building common areas were disgusting. The apartment has so many air fresheners it almost covered up the smell. It’s a shame because apartment is well equipped and comfortable but beyond that it’s pretty bad.

This place was everything that was described in the pictures. Excellent location, excellent walking distances, and made you feel at home. The owner was very welcoming and very responsive.

We had a wonderful time in the ATL. Although we were out and about from dawn to dusk, our sleeping quarters were very comfortable and clean. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Great stay
My group had a great stay while attending a conference at the Hilton. The unit was clean and spacious for the three of us. The building itself is a little dated, but everything else was wonderful. Communication with our host could not have been better.

Birthday trip
My family came to Atlanta for a short weekend trip to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. The condo was very convenient to all the local attractions and still in a safe area. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The security staff in the building were very friendly and helpful. The condo was comfortable and clean with everything we needed we make a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

Good enough - not great
Listing says there are two queen beds and one king. This is not accurate - no king bed. Living space was too small for 6 people with one sectional couch that would comfortably seat 4. Bare minimum (6) towels provided. Air conditioning did not work, fortunately it was not hot in Atlanta during our stay, our bedrooms were uncomfortably warm so I can only imagine if it had been hot outside. Dryer took many cycles to get one load of towels dry, which was an issue since so few towels were provided. Location was decent, easy walking to downtown area. We would not choose to stay at this condo again.

Good condo. Convenient location. Air conditioning is building controlled for the bedrooms. We couldn't cool the bedrooms,except by opening the windows, and there are two other cooling units which are fixed in place (one is quite noisy). They have to be run continuously and they slowly bring the temperature down over many hours. Kitchen is lovely and well appointed with kitchen and dining stuff.

Quiet apartment downtown Atlanta
We had a wonderful weekend! Check in was smooth. The concierge/front desk lady was fabulous and very detailed, especially when noting where to park to avoid being towed. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the lock. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well stocked. It was a very short and convenient drive to the aquarium. And being right off the freeway, and in an apartment, i expected to hear a lot of noise. The apartment was very quiet and street noise was minimal. Very nice stay!

Great unit and location
Unit was perfect for our 5-day trip to Atlanta. The location is within easy walking distance of many of the city's highlights. We had a couple of minor issues, neither of which Kate had any control over. The previous guests failed to leave the keys, which delayed us getting out after check in, but Kate arranged to have others delivered as soon as possible. The day we were leaving was wet and, when I went to the car, it was in a 5" deep lake of water. Retrieving it without getting my shoes,socks and jeans soaked was impossible. Again, nothing Kate could anticipate. Kate was very responsive when I had questions and always helpful. I recommend the unit very much.

Modern, clean, nice stay
Really nice condo - renovated and super clean! Easy check in. Only downside was that there was only one free parking spot. We had to park our other car at a parking garage that wasn’t cheap.

Nice Stay, Great Location
Place is renovated and really nice. Was big enough for our group of 6. Kitchen has basic needs. It’s a shame the building is in the shape it is. Hopefully they can renovate it. Hallway smelt like smoke and marijuana which made its way into the room. Short distance to downtown attractions and the zoo was probably one of the best things about this place. Designated parking spot was nice.
