Front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating during a winter storm when power went out (briefly) and the hotel was full due to flight delays/cancellations. Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious, new and very comfortable

We arrived at 1am to the hotel. When we first received our room, we found our bed not made. We called front desk and they tried to give my wife a pile of blankets to carry up to the third floor so she could set up the bed herself. After quite some time, they ended up giving up a different room with the beds made.
