It is only a 15-minute drive from Six Flags over Georgia and 30 30-minute drive to downtown Atlanta for the Aquarium, World of Coke, Centennial Park, Tyler Perry Studio, and more. Yet, it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood where families wave and greet each other.

If you choose to stay closer to home, you are only 5 minutes from the nearest hospital.

The Arbor Place Mall is only 2.2 miles away with a movie theater, a food court, several boutiques, and stores like Dillards, Macy, Bath and Body Works, and JCPenney.

The Major Highway is Interstate 20, only 7 minutes from the house. Several large banks, including Bank of America, Wellstar, Truists, Regions, Ameris, and PNC are no more than 2 miles away.
