The whole place was under construction and staff wasn't particularly helpful. Fridge in room didn't have freezer section - tough when you're traveling cross country and need to refreeze ice packs. Coffee was horrible.

I called the day before and asked was the indoor pool heated. I was told yes. When I checked in the next day I asked the clerk what time does the pool close and I was told 10pm. I went down the hall to look at the pool and there was a hand written note that said out of order. They were renovating that wasn’t disclosed on the website either. The gym wasn’t usable either

This will be on my NEVER AGAIN list. Incompetent and Rude Staff. Looks like the "renovation" has either stopped or is on a 10 year plan. Watched numerous people walk down the street, get in an elevator, then minutes later leave and walk away. I can imagine what that was about. Accidentally canceled one of my Expedia reservations then billed me for the night and told me I'd have to get a refund from Expedia even though it was there mistake. There for 3 nights and never got new towels etc. No coffee in the lobby. Elevators sound like they could crash at any point. Overall maintenance of the property was horrible including faded plastic plants outside in the planters with trash all over the sitting areas outside. DO NOT BELIVE THE PICTURES. They must have been taken years ago. I'm a 5 night a month on the road guest and this is by FAR the worst of this brand I've ever seen.

Staff was courteous at check in. However, a few issues. One of the rooms we had (3 total), had severe smoke smell, so much we asked to be moved. In one room the sink stopped up and took forever to drain. In another room the blind would not roll down for privacy. Little things, but these issues would be simple to correct with a little attention to detail by staff.

The restrooms off of the lobby smelled of urine and old mop water, and the 1 elevator they have is extremely slow. As for my room, it was painfully obvious that the sheets hadn't been changed after the previous guest check out bc there was what appread to be blood and other stains on the sheets abd pillow cases. The bathtub faucet was dripping, there was hair on the shower walls, and the ironing board completely fell apart, when I attempted to iron my clothes. The absolute only reason our family chose this facility is its proximity to the airport and the indoor pool. However there was so much chemicals in the pool the kids complained their eyes were burning. Upon closer look at the water, it was murky and you couldn't even see the bottom. The water in the hot tub was tinted green, so we were sure to stay away from it. I would absolutely not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. Choose one of the other three in the same parking lot or across the street.
