Parking: 2-3 Cars can park on the driveway to the Right of house or on the street going with the flow of traffic ( must be 10 inches or closer to curb if on street) (Do not park in new space in front of the house)

This Hidden Treasure is complete with:
- Five TV's, Free WIFI, FREE Netflix & Disney Channel & two computer desks
- A home Security system and Cameras on the outside of the property

-Free Fast Wi-Fi
-Full outfitted Coffee Station ( Coffee, Raw Sugar & Creamer in fridge)
-Fully outfitted Kitchen with large Range and Microwave. All cooking basics you need: Spices, dishware, utensils, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans
-Large Dining Room Table that sits 8
-Huge Sectional couch in living room that can sit 6-10 People!
- Queen air Mattress with sheets and pillows available sleeps 2
- Fenced in Backyard with Back Porch and plenty of sitting ( backyard currently undergoing construction- so back porch only thing available)
- Fire pit on Back Porch— ( Firewood available to purchase on site )
- Front Porch with bulb lights and chairs to hang out

Cheer Sport Cheerleading Competition
The place is awesome, very clean with a welcoming atmosphere. We were there for a Cheerleading Competition at the State Farm arena, the location was perfect. Our team came home in 2nd Silver medal, lost by 2.10th of a point from 1st place Gold. The house is in the downtown area, very close to HBCU Clark Atlanta & Moorehouse. There are several eateries close by and a WalMart less than 2 miles. Kelly is a marvelous host and will reply back to you quickly if you have any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay again if we’re in Atlanta.

My family and I were in town for my son's birthday celebration, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kelly's beautiful home! The home is exactly like the pictures! She was available at any time, for any thing, and the location was perfect for getting around!

Communication
Communication is key. Kelly kept in constant contact with us. Any questions or concerns she’swas available to respond to. Her home was loaded with everything you needed. We followed every request to ensure her home wasn’t damaged. They property was worth it.
