Charming home in a quiet neighborhood This home was very convenient for our trips to Georgia Aquarium and MLK National Historic Park. There was also a great walking trail in the neighborhood - Lionel Hampton - Beecher Hills.Loved the screen porch and the back yard has amazing trees.

This house was a great place to stay. My grandchildren had a ball. I loved that it was only minutes away from all the attractions listed on the Atlanta City Pass. The house was clean and well managed. I had no reason to contact the owner. I really loved the screened porch.

Great stay. Beautiful home. Close to everything you would want to do in downtown ATL. Big back yard. Cute screened in front porch perfect for morning coffee. Decent sized driveway for parking multiple guests. Bright open and clean space. Nice bathrooms. Quite neighborhood. 5/5 Stars.

Cozy, like Grandmas
We took a friends trip to Atlanta from Charlotte and really enjoyed how cozy and quaint the property is. The kitchen layout was a bit dated but the house is stocked with pretty much anything we needed to feel right at home or at grandmas house. We were close to downtown and all the brunch spots. We even were able to play football in the street with the neighborhood kids which we all hadn’t done since we were kids! Overall great stay and great birthday trip. Ernest was great.

Warm. Welcoming. Wonderful.
Thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and cozy neighborhood and home. The host left clear instructions and made himself available should we needed him for anything, luckily we didn't as everything was present in the home. Clean and spacious. Decorated nicely without being pretentious or fearful of breaking something. I would recommend this home for those familiar with the area and those traveling with person who tend to stay in on vacays, this home is made for them!
