This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath house is located only 20 minutes from the international airport and downtown ATL. You can reach I-20 and I-285 in a few minutes. AC did not cool the house both nights or during the day. Kept reverting back to 75. First night was 75 almost all night. Second night… Reverted back to 75 about every 2 hours through the night!! Would begin to cool then in 2 hours we were hot!!! Beautiful home, but inefficient AC!!!
