- NOTE: If guests violate any of the listed policies a $250 fine will be imposed per violation
- NOTE: Your safety matters. The property features an exterior security camera at the front door and driveway. This does not look into any interior spaces
- The primary guest is required to sign the Guest Confirmation Agreement and provide a Government-issued Photo ID
- Damage Waiver (Property Fee): Your booking includes a non-refundable $39 fee which provides up to $1,500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms & conditions)
- Stays of less than 21 days require $298 refundable security deposit. For 21 days or more, a $1000 refundable security deposit will be held until after checkout
