Great location for concert and sporting events
Pictures represent the apartment very well. We stayed here to attend a concert at State Farm area and appreciated that it was within walking distance. We also took advantage of nearby restaurants and bars that we could walk to as well. Communication could have been better. We had to reach out to the owner regarding the heating system, TV functions and checkout instructions but always received a prompt response. We are not light sleepers so we weren’t bothered, but there is a train track that’s frequently in use directly behind the apartment. My biggest complaint is the parking. If you choose to stay here, please confirm that your license plate has been cleared with the management office. We were told we were good to go but on the morning of our departure, there were 2 boots on our car. The owner paid and the boots were removed in about an hour. But during that time, we had to call and Uber in order for my boyfriend to catch his flight. The next morning the owner called my phone and hung up. When I asked about the Uber refund there was a lot of back and forth but no refund as of yet. I was told he was still waiting to be refunded from the management company. Frustrated and over the situation I provided my preferred method of reimbursement for the Uber and asked that the owner not text or call me again. But apparently he had to give me one more piece of his mind in yet another text so I had to block him. I personally won’t stay here again but it a nice place, great location.
