16th Floor, Peachtree Towers, Great Reviews

Our suite is on the 16th floor of Peachtree Towers. We are located at the corner of Peachtree Street and Baker, across from the Hyatt Regency, three blocks from Centennial Olympic Park.

Thank you for considering our suite. My wife and I own three units at Peachtree Towers and have been actively managing proprietors on VRBO, HomeAway, and Airbnb since 2010. Check out our great reviews, and other listings:

Our condo has 600 sq ft living space, full living room, separate bedroom, stocked kitchen, full screened patio, remodeled bathroom with linens, towels and blankets. Condo has internet, WiFi and flat screen HD TV. Our building has 24x7 security and Concierge.

There is a queen sized bed in bedroom and separate queen pull out sleeper sofa in living room. Please keep in mind that sleepers are great for additional accommodations, however, they are not the equivalent of a bed. We have purchased one of the more comfortable ones from IKEA, but a sleeper is a sleeper.

We are one block from 'Peachtree Center' MARTA rail station. Atlanta is well served by Lyft and Uber. We are notorious for traffic and heartily recommend you leave the car at home.

This condo was perfect for us! We came to Atlanta for Shaky Knews Music Fest and it was just a great location. Not too far of a walk from anything you might need!

Amazing place!
We stayed in this VRBO while in Atlanta for a music festival. It was clean, easy to navigate, well stocked, in a convenient location, and was very safe. Would highly recommend this apartment when in Atlanta!

Great location for attending Passion 2024!
My son and two friends had the opportunity to stay here while attending the Passion 2024 event at Mercedes Benz Stadium. They were very pleased and complimentary about the location and this unit. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to all inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property!

Our stay was fine. The bed was a little hard and since its an older building you can hear everything through the windows. it also is listed that it is a 12 minute walk to the convention center, but it’s actually more like 20 mins.

My classmate and me came into town for our nursing intensive and rented the apartment. It was nice and cozy not knowing the Atlanta area every well it was about a 15 min walk to the college.

Convenient location!
Our stay was comfortable, and the location was super convenient. The apartment was clean and tidy, and as pictured. Check in and Check out was easy, and we felt safe inside the building with 24-hr concierge. Be sure to bring your own toiletries! Though it was a convenient location, there was a lot of noise from the street- sirens, cars vrooming down the road, people yelling, and super loud music playing from across the building up until 2-3am. There was also construction inside the building.

Loved it - way better than a nice hotel!
I was attending a real estate conference / meetings being held at the nearby Marriott Marquis Hotel. I loved staying in this condo since it was priced better than the Marriott and I had a one bedroom suite complete with a screened in patio. The unit is very conveniently located to downtown attractions (World of Coke, Aquarium, etc.) and walkable. The only reason I gave them 4 stars on the check in process is that I wish there were additional details on the process sooner. Going to a new place, I worry about what I don't know; so the more data about access into/out of the secure builder would have been reassuring. You had a pass key (fob) to unlock the door to the building as well as into the hallway with the elevators. I would recommend this unit without hesitation. Thank you. I wish I remembered the name of the sweet lady that checked me in. She was delightful each time I came and went.

Great stay downtown in old school apartment close to aquarium/coca cola/great food
Michael (property owner) was a class act throughout the entire weekend we stayed. Check-in/out process was very simple and easy to follow. The apartment/condo is 0.3 miles from Coca Cola, the Aquarium, and so much more. We were able to walk to 80% of what we were in Atlanta for. Great food in the area as well. No free promo but you can’t really go wrong. A ton of options within walking distance. Much of downtown is littered with homeless people; so it isn’t the property owner’s fault on that as I read in prior reviews. For touristy people, the location is great but I mention the homeless because they are very prominent in this area. We didn’t have a problem really just stay mindful and ignore them and keep moving. With saying that, the apartment is 100% secure, with a key fob to get in. No one is in the building that shouldn’t be. There’s a concierge 24/7 so if you ever need assistance they can/will help. All in all, 5/5 experience. No complaints from me. Thank you for a great weekend in downtown Atlanta!
