"Great place"

"Property is in need of refurbishment and maintenance. General appearance is past its glory days. Room was large and lacked seating area. Room was cold. TV was too low when watching it from only the location, the bed. Shower head was about to break, and sink faucet needed new washer. Toilet ran all night. "

"Room was clean and beautifully decorated and appointed. Coffee and mineral water, juice and nibbles were in room complimentary. Kindly provided were toothbrush and toothpaste as well as shampoo and soap. Everything about this perfect little B&B was meticulously thought out. "

"The hotel property and grounds were beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was very good. It's a great base for exploring the area. The only issue we had was probably due to us travelling in the off season. It was very difficult to find many open restaurants for dinner. I don't know if this is practical for the hotel but it may be worth their while to offer meals in the evening. The restaurants we found had excellent cuisine. To be clear this is a suggestion and nor a complaint. I'm sure during high season this isn't a problem. We loved our stay."
