"This was our trip to the Maldives and our first time at Lily's. Traveling during the low season helped us avoid the crowds and high prices. The Sunset water villa, which comes with a personal butler, is highly recommended. Our butler, Mussey, took care of all our needs. While our stay wasn't perfect, Mussey resolved all issues efficiently and swiftly. Despite being one of the older properties in the Maldives, Lily's maintains its rooms and grounds very well. With over six decades combined in the hospitality industry, my wife and I can be quite critical about accommodations and service standards. We'll return to collect our special memories scattered throughout the resort and island."

Diving is exceptional - instructors are patient with beginners and offered bespoke itineraries for qualified divers. The house reef is lively and healthy, and for sites further afield the best dive boat this side of the Caribbean. Rooms are beautifully put together. Just lovely. "
